When signing a contract with EVPW, fill out the form. Provide references (wrestling moves) and make sure to put everything in correctly as requested. After doing so, submit the completed contract signed (by creating a thread in this board) and wait for approval from HR (the owners/mods.)
Real Name: (Please done tell us you forgot your name.. Disappointment is not a fun look.)
Age: (18 is the bare minimum, we dont need wrestlers who have to have their mommy sign a permission slip.)
Gender: (Really? Are you seriously wondering what we mean by this?)
Hometown: (Pretty basic..)
Nicknames: (This actually is more likely to be your wrestling name. For instance, KingBear and Vladimir Strife are 'nicknames')
Height: (If you're a midget, you better have an amazing gimmick and stunt your stats.)
Weight: (No stick figures please.. Paris Hilton would die in a wrestling ring.)
Weight Classification: Cruiserweight (Under 210 lbs)/Middleweight (210-250 lbs)/Heavyweight (250-300 lbs)/Super Heavyweight (300+ lbs)
Alignment: (Face/Heel/Tweener)
Fans Reaction: (Boos, cheers, jeers, beer cans thrown at you)
Ring Attire (Pics permited):
Entrance Attire (Pics Permitted):
Backstage Attire (Pics Permitted):
Manager(Optional):
Gimmick: (Character's personality and traits. Are you a satanist, girl next door, egomaniac or an angry young man, etc.)
Fighting Style: Give at least a short description of how your character fights. It can be as simple as a brawler or an aerialist, or include the wrestler's in-ring theories and martial arts training.
Stats
(Spread 32 points through the below five stats. One would think this would be basic math but to make it easier. 1-3 is below average, dont try this stuff. 4-7 is average, good chance you wont mess up. 9+ is OMG How did he do that)
Strength: (General strength, bigger guys that are heavy hitters will have a higher stat here.)
Aerial: (Lets be honest, a low stat here means you're less likely to even attempt a move such as this and if you do, odds are you'll mess it up. The higher the stat, the opposite effect.)
Technique: (This is submission moves and technical wrestling at it's finest.)
Speed: (Just be realistic here.. The lower the stat, the slower and less maneuverable, the higher the stat, the quicker the player.)
Endurance: (How well you can take hits and keep on fighting.)
Moves Give 15 moves your character would use in a match. This is a minimum - anybody wishing to list more may do so. Refrain from listing basic moves that any wrestler would use (e.g. - clothesline, punch, etc).
List 5 Trademark Moves: Up to 5 trademark moves may be listed for your wrestler. These are moves that would likely be used in every match.
List 2 or 3 Finishers: List up to 3 finishing moves that are likely to leave your opponent out for the count.
Notes (Optional): Anything we've forgotten that you'd like to add in about your wrestler Do so here.
