Dreams Do Come True!
In the five-star main event of Madhouse, the world saw the undefeated streak of Kasabian Stalker be broken by the grizzled EVPW original, Shawn Dreamer, in a ladder match. Not only did Dreamer break the thirteen win long streak of the Pervert, he even won the Imperial championship which has been his dream ever since his debut to the company.
Epic Battle!
Madhouse probably saw the most prolific battle of endurance to date as Ryu Yoshikau and Bryan Hawk the brightest from the cesspool of the new breed took each other to the furthest limit. The match went on like a shuttlecock, see-sawing back and forth, until the Japanese aerialist edged over the Companys golden-boy and picked up the win. Future Imperial champion, anyone?
Madhouse a success!
Even though the match for the television title and the return of Vladimir was a let down to certain extent, the overall pay-per-view was a stellar one. The entire Lockdown Hall was on fire with the tremendous show put on by the superstars, and so were the bystanders outside as Sean Danielson, Skull and Scott Walker took their Falls Count Anywhere match outside the arena first into the parking lot, then the streets!
Match Of The PPV:
Ryu Yoshikau vs. Bryan Hawk
The only match of the night that made me forget to sip my beer! Bryan and Yoshi literally tore the roof off with their tenaciousity and their calibre. I'm glad I got it on my DVR; you don't see matches as such everyday!
Promo Of The PPV:
"Forgive me Father"
This was a promo that made my day! Grockadoc, as usual, showed his avid knack for promos and did an epic one with Scott Walker involved. Remember kids, a successful promo needs a retard in the recipe!
Superstar Of The PPV:
Shawn Dreamer
If you're anti-Dreamer, you can go and suck eggs on aisle four! The man not only took Kasabian's "Vladimir-like" streak down, he even won the Imperial championship in a five star match! Touche, Ray White.
