ADAM MOORE'S ROLEPLAYPromo The young and talented wrestler Adam Moore sits on a little leather chair that has no back to it. He has his legs positioned indian style and a cup of tea between his hands. Bonsai trees line the ground behing him and they line the rock garden that rests in the background. His eyes are closed making him look either relaxed or focused. Suddenly his eyes open and look up to the camera. He then begins to speak “Last week many of you witnessed a fluke. Losing my debut match did not leave a good taste in many peoples mouths and it didnt in mine either. I lost in the name of wrestling and that is down right embarrassing. Maybe I just got Scally on a bad week with all that Past business going on. Maybe he was more pumped up than usual. I honestly dont know. But what I do know is this week Im facing the man Chris Pyro one on one and I am very excited for this opportunity. We are basically cut off the same thread we both show respect and we both come from humble backgrounds. Pyro may have proved more in EVPW than I have but I think it will be a good match for the fans and wrestlers involved. I will take this as a learning possibility as I've seen he enjoys being a sensei.” Adam Moore than uncrosses his legs and sets his feet on the floor. He also places the cup of tea on an end table that sits next to the little bench like seat. Adam then leans forward and rests his elbows on his knees and then begins to speak again “I don't expect to win every match but I do have to admit that last week really messed with my head. A Japanese wrestler is supposed to show poise in every situation, but its almost like being in America has clouded what I really am. It's not that I dislike being here its that here dislikes me for some reason. It is just a theory but I also shouldn't be making excuses for myself. I lost and Scally didn't cheat too much. Enough focusing on things I can't change, this week I have my hands full with Chris Pyro. He will definitely be all the challenge I need and I can only hope to hold my own against him. As an experienced warrior he holds the edge to the match but I never mind being the underdog. It gives you the drive to show people what you can do, it gives you that extra bit of strength. I had been an underdog my whole career until I finally got the title belt in Japan. One week later, Faith calls me up and I leave for EVPW. Looking back that may have been a bad choice because I was well known and respected where I was. I just left it all and now I feel like a terrible person.” The Flying Lion bows his head as if he was ashamed. He quickly begins to speak “I am happy to be reunited with my sister and I am very pleased to be in such a thriving company but I just miss the things I had at home. No matter I will get over this with time and a win. Like I said before last week's loss is really getting to me but I do intend to still make that Anti American tap out eventually. I don't care if I have to wait forever he will tap to the Lions Den. Chris Pyro I have a similar statement for you... I may respect you and I may not be the biggest or best name in EVPW yet but you had better watch out otherwise it may be over before it has started. There is no such thing as a tame lion, deep down we all want the same thing freedom. My freedom will be gaining my first win in this organization. Until that happens, expect to see a different and more serious side of Adam Moore.” Adam smiles and the camera slowly goes black. Entrance Show Me What You Got by Powerman 5000 echoes around the gym as The Flying Lion Adam Moore comes out from behind the entrance curtain. He wears his typical white tights but he is wearing a hooded vest with the hood over his head and covering part of his face. The vest and hood are white but the hood has the face of a lion that meets Adam's face perfectly centered. Faith Moore stands closely behind him holding his little dog Punkin in her arms. Lizzie Morna then tunes in with Adam's stats “This match is set for one fall. Now making his way to the ring from Ontario Canada. He is six feet two inches and weighs in at 220 pounds. Adam Moore!” Adam Moore who is standing on the ring apron throws his hood back after his name had been yelled out. He then climbs the turnbuckle and looks at the packed Solid core gym audience. Jimmy Pate then rings in with his opinion “Adam Moore looks very focused maybe that loss to Aj Scally woke him up to exactly what kind of talent we have to offer. No one is easy to beat here in EVPW.” Adam hops off the turnbuckle and takes off his hooded vest arm by arm and then tosses it to a ring hand. Faith stands in Adams corner still holding her beloved dog. Adam then sets himself down and sits indian style in the corner furthest away from the entrance and waits for his opponent Chris Pyro to come out so they can start the match. good luck Chris!!!

Chris Pyro is in his locker room, wearing his wrestling gear. He puts is tying up his white Japanese flag inspired hachimaki headband, with the Japanese character for "Samurai" written in the centre of the red disk. He watches the promo that Adam Moore gives, and smirks.
Pyro: Very cute.
Daisuke walks from behind the camera man with a confused look on his face.
Daisuke: Who are you talking to?
Pyro looks over his shoulder, seeing Daisuke walk up to him. Pyro begins stretching out.
Pyro: No one. I was watching Adam Moore's promo. He made one big mistake.
Daisuke: What was that?
Pyro stops and laughs a little to himself.
Pyro: He gave up his ability to win tonights match. He said "I don't expect to win every match" and admitted to having his hands full facing me. Even all his tough bravado at the end is not enough. He says he has wrestled in Japan, but only remembered one part of what a competitor does there. By expecting to lose, he will never win. A wrestler, regardless of where their career has taken them, must always go into a match expecting to win. A wrestler must carry a never-say-die attitude. Last week, I accomplished my goal of slowing down the Cult of Darkness. In the process, I lost. Just like Adam, I need to redeem myself.
Daisuke looks at his lord, a smile across his face.
Daisuke: I understand. But you must not lose control of yourself, and keep a cool and focused mind. You may have ample experience in this business, but you still have your youth, and let your anger get control of you.
Pyro: Daisuke, I have told you, you worry too much. I know I still have a lot to learn. But I also have taught a lot of lessons. I do teach many traditional jiujitsu, and I have punished many in the ring with my training. This Dragon will take to the sky, and I will redeem myself in all ways. Daisuke, all I ask is that you watch my back and keep pushing me forward, even when I do not wish to. We are not so much master and helper. Daisuke, you are a dear friend. Stand at my side, and watch me take to the heavens. Tonight is the first step as I begin to spread my wings. Matt Violence will also be at our side as we take this company by storm. Will you watch as I take flight, Daisuke?
Daisuke bows low at Pyro's request.
Daisuke: I am humbled to be asked such a thing. Of course I will stand at your side and watch you take to the sky.
Pyro nods, happy with Daisuke's decision.
Pyro: Alright then. First, Adam Moore. Then the sorry soul who has to face me at the PPV. Eventually, I will lay claim to the Eagle Division Championship, and truly show what a champion is made of.
The Dragon of Toronto turns to the locker room door leaving for his match.

Entrance:
The fans in the arena are excited during the nights matches. The energy is at a fever pitch as Lizzie Morna steps to the middle of the ring. The fans scream at the top of their lungs as they know this match will be worthy of a main event. A clapping noise comes over the PA system, which the fans join in on. After a few moments, "JAP" by Abingdon Boys School plays, heralding the entrance of EVPW's own Samurai.
A spotlight shines onto the entry way where Chris Pyro is standing. He is wearing azure blue pleather shorts, matching kickpads and boots. He has a necklace around his neck with the charm in it reading "Samurai" in Japanese. He reaches behind his head and tightens his white hachimaki headband that has a red disc in the centre that also has the character for Samurai in the middle, his black hair flowing over the headband. He begins his march to the ring as Lizzie begins her introduction.
Lizzie: And his opponent hailing from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He weighs in tonight at two hundred and thirty five pounds. He is the Canadian Samurai, Chris Pyro!
JP: Pyro seems far more focused now. He seems to have bounced back from his loss last week.
RW: That bastard cost my Troy Meadows his match last week. How could he? They were team mates.
JP: Pyro hates Troy Meadows, that's why he did it.
Chris Pyro walks towards the stairs, giving high fives to a few fans along his way. He sprints up the steps and quickly into the ring. He climbs the middle rope on the far side of the ring and lifts his arms up, getting the fans to get louder. He hops off the rope, spinning in mid air to face the entry way.

Chris Pyro turns around to face Adam Moore while the referee is in between the two men. He checks to make sure the wrestlers are ready to go face to face in the single match and he then signals for the bell, the match begins!! Jimmy Pate and Ray White comment on the start of the match “I'm really excited for this one ray.. these two men have similar backgrounds in the ring and they're both from our neighbors to the North!” “Well they certainly do have hot bodies. Do you think Faith Moore would mind if I grind up on her brother a bit?” “For some reason I don't think she would approve..” Adam Moore breaks down because he respects Pyro and extends his hand to be shook. Chris Pyro grins and then looks to the crowd with his hands against his hips. He then surprisingly nods and shakes the hand of his young opponent. The crowd gives a good pop at this show of sportsmanship even though Chris Pyro is considered to be a heel to the evpw crowd. The two then back up and begin to circle each other looking ready to strike at any moment. Pyro then jumps forward and puts Adam into a standing side headlock. Adam is no fool and knows that Pyro could easily make anyone tap just be his sheer experience, so he clinches his hands together and begins to throw his elbow into the Samurai's guy making him stumble backward and releasing the hold. Moore then charges and jumps into the air and performs a flying body splash onto Pyro, knocking the two men to the mat. Adam mounts Pyro and begins to throw fists down at his face, obviously just trying to get off as much damage as early as he can. The referee then taps him on the shoulder and tells him to get off of his opponent and Adam is no rule breaker, so he does what the official asks. Jimmy Pate rings in on the situation “Wow, how often do you see that folks? A great sign of respect for his opponent and the referee. This young man has already impressed me over the last two weeks.” Chris Pyro gets back up to his feet so it almost looks like the match is right to the begin again. Adam Moore goes for an old school lock up with Pyro but Chris puts his foot into his opponents gut to bend him over. He then quickly grabs a hold of Moores neck and DDTs his head down into the mat. Moore is down on the mat for a couple seconds but he's not worn out enough to stay down for any longer. He gets to his feet but is met by a missile dropkick by Pyro who had ran to the top of the nearest turnbuckle. Chris rolls on top of his opponent for the cover, but he barely gets a two count. Adam slowly rolls away from his opponent over to the bottom rope of the turnbuckle. Chris Pyro gets a disgusting smirk to his face and charges at Moore and then thrusts his knee forward, hitting the jaw of his opponent with immense force. The fans in the packed Solid Core Gym let out a big, “ooooh” after Pyro delivers that knee. Ray White comments on the malicious move by Pyro “Oh, no! Adam's baby face! Don't mess it up too bad Chrissy!” Adam Moore slowly dropped down the turnbuckle and is now on his back. Chris then grabs one of his opponents arms and legs and drags him further to the middle of the ring. He then pins his shoulders to the mat trying to win the match after that huge blow. A two count once again, and this time Pyro shows a little sign of frustration as he looks at the official and shakes his head side to side as a signal that he does not agree with the count. He gets back to his feet and then picks up Adam so both men are facing each other, Adam being groggy. Pyro grabs Adam's wrist and throws him to the ropes. Chris then goes for a clothesline on the Flying Lion, but Adam ducks the clothesline. Adam is now behind Pyro and quickly wraps his arm around his throat and performs a cutter. Now chris' momentum is slowed while both men lay in the middle of the ring. Jimmy Pate and Ray White then comment on the situation at hand “Can you believe that??? Adam nailed Pyro down to the mat with that picture perfect cutter!” “This match is heating up and it's getting me pretty hot with it!” Both men are still down in the middle of the ring and the referee goes to both men and ask if they are able to continue the match.

Pyro and Adam nod to the ref, telling him they're still good. The ref then begins his count. Pyro rolls towards the outside of the ring, allowing the momentum to carry him onto his feet. He takes a moment to breathe, not realizing that the Flying Lion has gotten up to his feet in the ring. Adam walks over to the ropes where Pyro is, and pulls back. Adam lives up to his nickname when he jumps, using the spring in the ropes to send himself over them towards the Dragon of Toronto. Unfortunatley for the newcomer, Pyro is wise to the attack and steps out of the way, causing Adam Moore to drop face first to the concrete floor. Pyro continues to take a breather, as the Fantastic One writhes in pain at his rough landing. Pyro, having finally caught his breath, hears the refs count being at six. He quickly slides in and slides back out, restarting the count. The Canadian Samurai walks back to Adam, stomping down on his chest. Pyro grabs his fellow Canadian by the hair, and lifts him up. Chris grabs Adam by the wrist, and whips him hard into the distant barricade, causing it to slides several inches from where it started. Pyro gets a sick idea, and begins to run over to Adam. Just as he is about to slam into the Moore, his sister grabs him and pulls him out of the way as Pyro lifts his foot for a kick. Pyro is stuck standing with one leg on either side of the metal rail. Adam, seeing the advantage turning to his favour, turns and thrusts a kick into Pyro's leg. The Samurai is about to fall when Adam sits him back up. Adam takes a few steps back, charges quickly and connects with a low dropkick to the knee joint of his enemy. The Dragon crumbles to the floor, screaming in pain and grabbing his knee. Adam stands back up and grabs Pyro by the hair, throwing the man in to the ring.
JP: Adam Moore has managed to get this match back into his favour in a strong way. Many of Pyro's strongest moves require his legs.
RW: Serves him right for driving his knee into that beautiful face.
Adam slides into the ring, and grabs onto Pyro's bad leg. He hooks it under his arm, and snaps his body down backwards, driving it into the mat. Pyro then sits up, a scowl on his face, showing the rage he is feeling while his leg is throbbing. Adam grapevines Pyro's leg in response, and begins twisting the heel. Pyro slams back against the mat in pain, trying all he can to block out the throbbing in his appendage. The ref looks at Pyro, asking if he wants to give it up. Pyro just glares at the refree, who backs off. The Resurrected Warrior decided to break the hold, he will just slam his heel into his opponents chest. Pyro does this several times before Adam finally backs off and lets him go. Pyro slides away, massaging his leg to get the blood flow back. Adam takes a moment to catch his breath and both men stand to their feet.
JP: And we're back at square one with these two. They are really making the most of this opportunity to show their worth.
RW: I could tell you how much Adam Moore is worth to me.
JP: When will the execs finally decide to mute you?
Pyro and Adam pace around each other, focused on one another. Adam goes to shoot for Pyro's bum leg, to which the former Ninja manages to sprawl out, putting all his weight onto the Lion's head. Chris decides to create a bigger advantage and drives his knees into the head and shoulders of Adam.
