EVPW PRESENTS:
FROM THE ASHES!
FROM THE ASHES!
"And from the ashes of death, new life shall be granted for all of eternity."
November 13 - November 26: 1pm GMT
STRONG FOOT FORWARD:
Ascension Match:
EVPW Television Championship
Tale of the Tape:
As a result of poor attendance and training attitude, Mr. Zero felt it necessary to strip Solstice of the Television championship, citing Non-Champion-like conduct, and has booked Sean Danielsen V Krylon as the Strong Foot Forward in an explosive match to kick off From the Ashes 2011. The two will battle it out for the recently vacated Television Title in an Ascension match that is sure to be one hell of a contest.
PRE-MAIN EVENT:
Triple Threat Match (No DQ).
Tale of the Tape:
Upon his return to EVPW, Dow Jones issued an open challenge for the Pay Per View to any member of the roster backstage. Woe betide him when the legendary Vladimir T. Strife walked out to accept him, much to the protest of Jones. Mr. Zero had no trouble booking this match between the two, until Wolverina wanted in. As a result, this match will now be a No Disqualification Triple Threat match with bragging rights up for grabs. Who will walk out victorious?
MAIN EVENT:
Hell's Playground Match:
EVPW Imperial Championship.
Tale of the Tape:
In what should be a bloody end to a bitter feud between the current Imperial Champion, Shawn Dreamer and his nemesis, the Warrior of Christ, Grockadoc, the two will square off again, for the highest individual honour this company can bestow. They will face each other in a match that Grockadoc has sprung forth from his demented mind, a match in which he has never lost. Shawn faces his first title defence as champion in a match that he, as a master of weaponry should feel comfortable in. Will Dreamer walk out of From the Ashes with the title he walked in with, or will EVPW fall under the sure to be darkness that will result if Grock was crowned champion.
Commentary Team: Jimmy Pate and Ray White.
Theme: Pride by Seether
Match Rules:
Ascension Match: Is a twist on a classic Ladder match. Instead of unhooking the championship belt from above the ring, the belt will be placed on a pedestal outside the ring. the object of the match is to ascend the ladder, and hook the belt to the clip that is hanging above the ring.
Hell's Playground Match: It's pretty much a hardcore cage match. You must put your opponent through a flaming table, and escape the cage, either by climbing, or by the door. You are permitted to escape the cage without putting your opponent through the table, but you cannot win until someone goes through the table. The match continues on the outside as a street fight. If you happen to put yourself through the table, (If you dive off the ropes on to your opponent who moves) it is counted and your opponent can escape the cage to win.
