Grockadoc’s music fades out and the Unholy Crusader stands alone in the ring. Above his head, the cage sways ominously, waiting for it’s second victim. Suddenly, the arena lights shut off and the words Welcome to Horrorland appear on the titantron in dripping slime green letters, signalling the arrival of the Nightmare Warrior; Skull. The letters slowly begin to drip off the screen until the arena is in total darkness once again. Then as suddenly as they turned off, the lights return to reveal the High Priest of Horrorland standing at the top of the entrance ramp and Spooky by God Module blasts out of the speakers. The crowd give the veteran a huge ovation which continues as he walks down the entrance ramp. Lizzie: And introducing his opponent, from Horrorland, weighing in at 224lbs, Skuuuuuullll!JP: Skull set to battle tonight with Grockadoc inside the steel cage.Ray: You have to feel sorry for Skull. Last week had had to step in the ring with Demon and this week he has to face the equally monstrous Grockadoc.Skull walks down the ramp wearing his usual gothic ring gear underneath a long, black, hooded cloak. When he reaches the ring steps, he lowers the hood to reveal his long black hair which almost covers his painted face. Before ascend the steps he looks up sheepishly at the cage then lowers his gaze down to his opponent JP: This is an interesting match on paper. On the one hand Grockadoc has established himself as one of the major players in EVPW while Skull has struggled to re-assert his former dominance.Ray: Skull recently returned to the ring after a lengthy absence and while he was away he had reconstructive neck surgery. You have to wonder if a cage match is the best environment for him at the moment.JP: Well even at 100% a cage match isn’t Skull’s natural environment. You’d be more likely to find him in a Ladder or Hardcore match but certainly not one that keeps him in an enclosed space with such a large opponent.Ray: I guess Skull’s only advantage here is his speed. After all, he can scale a cage faster than Grockadoc can.Skull climbs into the ring and, showing no fear, stares into the eyes of his opponent. As the cage lowers around them, the painted warrior feels like a cat trapped with mouse but as soon as the bell rings his doubts disappear and the sprints toward his opponent. TBC by Grockadoc

Not wasting any time, the zippy two hundred pounder charges at his opponent, who stays motionless, but smiles slightly. When Skull is almost in range, he raises his boot, aiming it fair square at the jaw of his much smaller opponent. Skull anticipates this and, like a baseball player sliding into home, he slips underneath the raised boot of Grockadoc and once clear, springs to his feet. Being nearly seven feet tall and over three hundred pounds, Grockadoc's reaction is a little slower than that of his speedy opponent. He turns, but not fast enough, catching a well placed stiff kick into his quad, that numbs his leg. Grockadoc lets out a howl of rage and clutches the back of his leg. Skull continues his assault on the hamstring area of his opponent, driving the arch of his foot into quad, crushing Grockadoc's fingers against his own quad. The resident Christian of EVPW lets out another grunt of pain, and withdraws his hand, shaking his fingers, trying to stop the pain. For a third time, Skull flicks his leg out, however, instead of aiming it at the quad, as he has targeted, he drives his foot into the rear of Grockadoc's patella, buckling his leg violently and taking the big man down to one knee. With his high tempo offence, and his quick subdue of his much larger opponent, the crowd cheer for Skull, at his intellectual attacking. Not giving the crowd his attention, keeping his thoughts on the match, Skull places another kick across the spine of the behemoth to keep him slightly prone, before rushing to the front, facing Grockadoc. The Nightmare Warrior quickly wraps his right forearm around the tree trunk like neck of the Salvation of EVPW, and falls backwards, driving the rather grotesque features of the Hand of God, into the canvas below, taking the big man off of his feet for the first time this match inside twenty seconds. Skull hurriedly hooks Grockadoc's leg, and initiates the first pinfall of the match.
Explosive offence from the man from Horrorland, Skull. He is really taking it to the 3rd seed and rival of the Imperial Champion. Is he sending a message to Mr. Zero that he wants in the title picture?
Who doesn't want to be in the Imperial Championship picture. we know the bad blood between Grockadoc and Shawn Dreamer is unresolved, but the way skull is taking it to Grockadoc right now, I am fearing for the big man!
Don't fear for Grockadoc. He is more than capable of holding his own against all competitors. He came the closest to ending Kasabian Stalker's streak before Dreamer did it at Madhouse a few weeks ago. However, Skull is playing it strategically by taking out the legs.
ONE! The referee raises his hand and slaps the mat rather forcefully, before shouting the count. However, at just a one count, Grockadoc rather forcefully kicks out, breaking Skull's hook on his leg. The Nightmare Warrior scurries to his feet, and charges at Grockadoc who is trying to clamber to a vertical base. Skull drives his forearm across the back of the monster, who shrugs it off and continues to struggle to his feet. Skull again drives his forearm across the back of his opponent, to little effect as Grockadoc thrusts his arm out, driving it into the torso of Skull and shoves his, sending him across the ring, knocking him over with brute strength, swatting him away as if he was nothing but a fly. The Holy Crusader finally makes it to his feet and turns to face his much more athletic opponent, who, as if made from rubber, bounce to his feet and charges for the second time. Grockadoc waits for Skull to come to him, before bending over, hoping for a back body drop. able to stop his momentum flat, Skull stops before he walks into the waiting monster, and drives his foot upwards, driving it into the pec region of Grockadoc, who suddenly rises from his bending position, and sets his eyes, which are now flared in anger, on his much smaller opponent who charges at the ropes and rebounds off, aided by the elasticity of the ropes, which send him flying, with even more velocity, towards Grockadoc. Skull launches himself into the air, with his elbow raised, but the Heavenly Disciple catches him as if he was nothing more than a sack of feathers, with his head between Skulls ribcage and his forearm and flings himself forward, and downward, driving Skull back first into the mat with rather loud smack, a picture perfect bone jarring spine buster destroying all the fantastic momentum he had built up in rather emphatic style. Grockadoc untangles himself from his crumpled opponent, and crawls to his feet, and pauses for a moment, a wicked gleam in his cold dead eyes, before launching into the air, fling his legs out, and drive his rather thick, muscular thigh across the chest and neck of the Horrorland native. At the impact of the leg drop, skull's legs fly into the air, and Grockadoc quickly reacts, grabbing one in a hook manoeuvre, and initiates the pinfall in one fluid movement.
That was an exhibition of pure power followed by great athleticism and lightning quick reflexes by the man mountain Grockadoc. I would have thought that kind of combination was beyond the abilities of the 7 footer, but obviously not. this does not bode well for Skull if Grockadoc has found anotehr attribute he can use to dominate his opponent.
True. Three hundred pounds and he got that much air? that is a really great effort from Grockadoc there. That spinebuster though. WOW! Tremendous strength and power there. And that leg drop must have hurt as well. Three hundred pounds come crashing down onto your chest and neck from four feet in the air. OUCH!
Well, just in the blink of an eye, Grockadoc have swung the match in his favour with high impact offence. Skull must surely be winded from both and I don't know if he can stand up tot eh unrivalled strength of Grockadoc. we shall have to see, but it doesn't look good at this moment, for Skull.
((Sorry its late mate. I struggled with this to be honest. My mind isn't working properly.))
