Bringing In New Talent

EVPW comes back from the commercial break and the camera is currently focussed on the announcers at their table. The crowd are talking amongst themselves, probably about the fatal four way match they just witnessed with Lrey being the winner..

Welcome back to WNG. The next match coming up in about 10 minutes or so is a normal tag team match. Insano and Raku Kato vs. Metal Dragon and Darius Maxwell.

::[.Ray White.]::
Lrey just walked out of the fatal four way match we just saw a very proud winner.

A female laugh echo’s around the arena. The crowd cheer loudly, knowing who is about to come out. The same woman who won her match against Trix earlier on in the night. Her usual theme song, which is ‘Migrate’ by Mariah Carey plays over the PA System. Amanda walks out from behind the curtain and stands at the top of the entrance ramp. She is wearing white jeans and white boots which have a small silver chain on each of them. She has a white belly top on with her personalized chain and her belt has the same style buckle on it. Standing at the top of the entrance ramp, Amanda throws her hand into the air and points out to the crowd, a smile on her face the whole time. She walks down the ramp, clapping the hands of as many fans as she can get to.

She gets to the ring and walks up the steps, walking across the apron before stepping under the second rope and entering the ring. Her music dies down as someone from the outside of the ring passes her a mic. Now stood in the middle of the ring, she raises it to her lips and speaks out to the crowd..

Hello Concord!

Another pop from the crowd is heard as Amanda looks around all angles of the arena. She keeps the mic raised and holds her hand up for a second, hushing the crowd while she speaks again..

So I came out here to announce a little something. Something that I happen to be rather proud about. See, throughout my career I have done many things. I’ve helped run a couple of federations, I’ve been a champion, I’ve managed some of the best superstars in the business. People including Hawkeye and Rhaps, and as much as I hate to say it.. Hayden HardKore..

The crowd boo, obviously knowing the history between the two and the fact that they were once engaged. Amanda smirks at this and shakes her head slightly, now wanting to go off that subject and move onto the main point..

Anyway… My point is… I have found someone who I think has the potential to become one of the greatest diva’s of all time… Along side me Ofcourse, ha. Ladies and Gentlemen, I am very proud to announce the newest member of the EVPW roster, someone I scouted and trained myself, a fellow Canadian… Natalie Howlett!

Amanda points up the entrance ramp and lowers the mic down to her side. The crowd are cheering as they await the new Canadian wrestler Amanda scouted to EVPW.

Oh no… Not another diva. Why couldn’t she have come across some fresh new male talent?

Come on Ray, EVPW only has a few diva’s. One more won’t hurt. And since Amanda told us she trained her herself, I would expect this Natalie is quite a good in ring competitor, which is what it is all about. Wrestling.

The fans Going Under by Evanescence begins playing, gradually rising from a muted sound into a full crescendo of noice as the music floods its way through the gymnasium. Natalie emerges from backstage, a coy smile on her face as he nervously steps into the arena. She raises her hand shyly and waves gently to the fans, earning a few kisses blown at her direction from some of the more enthusiastic male fans. She merely nods, a smile blossoming on her gentle features as she walks towards the ring, the silent figure of Amanda ever watchful as a pleasant and warm smile is beamed down on the newest diva. Natalie is wearing a mixture of red and white with a maple leaf emblazoned on the front, homage clearly to her native Canada and the Canadian Flag.

JP: Well, she certainly seems a shy one but I'm sure that will subside and we could potentially see the blossoming of a great career here in our very own federation. And if she's under the teutalage of the great Amanda Hallsworth, she may well etch her name into his business.

Ray: Please, I know what's going through your head you sycophant. Its a fresh young face for you to gawp over while any decent wrestling fan will gladly watch more main event and higher calibre superstars on the roster compete here tonight. I mean look at Vlad. What a healthy and clean cut individual he is.

JP scoffs at Ray's comments as Natalie climbs up the ring steps and stands almost meekly on the ring apron. She ducks through the ring ropes, entering the squared circle before heading over to he friend and mentor. Both women share a few muted words before the Amandific One presses the microphone into her hand, offering a few words of encouragement. Natalie nods, slightly more reassured as she clears her throat.

Natalie: Hello Concord.

A few mild cheers are heard around the arena before Amanda throws her arms up in an attempt to encourage a bigger reaction. At Amanda's insistsence, the hundreds of fans lift their voices into a vast tumult as way of greeting the Canadian Angel to EVPW. A wide happy smile breaks out across her face as she turns to face Amanda. Amanda returns a seemingly surprised gaze in her direction before winking surreptitiously as Natalie turns her back again.

Natalie: I just wanted to thank every one in the this arena today for giving me the opportunity to prove myself in this very ring and to entertain you. I'm especially gratified to Amanda for taking me under her wing and driving me forwards before encouraging me to actually enter the ring. I know I wouldn't be here without her and so its with great pleasure that I say that I am now a full member of the EVPW roster.

Natalie lowers the microphone before extending it to Amanda once more. The Amandific One takes it with a brief incline of her head as Natalie takes a step back, making way for her mentor to say a few more words.

Amanda looks from Natalie out to the crowd, a smile on her face. The new diva seemed to have a good effect on the crowd as they continued to cheer for her. Amanda raised the mic, the crowd came to a hush as she began to speak..

For the past few weeks, I’ve had Natalie under private lessons. She already knew a lot about wrestling, and she learned quickly. You’ll notice she is a little shy at the moment, but that will definitely pass.

Natalie smiles over at Amanda, feeling a little more confident with her mentor in the same ring as her. The crowd cheer lowly as Amanda speaks again..

I can guarantee that when you see her in action, you wouldn’t even begin to think this young woman is an amateur. She fight’s like a pro, and that’s with no word of a lie.

Amanda looks over at Natalie, a smile still fixed on her face. The crowd are cheering loudly for the two in the ring as the ring announcers speak..

Great, I can’t wait to see her wrestle.

Give it a rest Ray, you should learn to respect these women. Just because your not attracted to them doesn’t mean you have to bad mouth them. Some of them are actually decent wrestlers.

Amanda holds up her hand for a second, catching the crowd’s attention, signalling she has something else to say. Knowing Natalie the way she does, Amanda knew this was a big deal for her. She raised the mic to her lips and spoke..

One last thing.. Natalie and I are going to be teaming up. Together, we are Canadian Heat. If there is another tag team in the back that is willing to go up against us at the next WNG, then please let us know.

With that said, Amanda passes the mic back to Lizzie Morna on the outside of the ring and looks out to the crowd. ‘’Migrate’’ by Mariah Carey hit’s the PA System and both Amanda and Natalie go to a separate turnbuckle and climb it. Amanda points out to the crowd while Natalie raises her arms and waves out to the crowd, simply enjoying the whole experience. They jump down and leave the ring, making their way up the ramp while clapping the hands of the fans as they go. They disappear behind the curtain, leaving the crowd still cheering..
