The arena is abuzz after the hardcore match. Ring attendants are quickly cleaning up remnants of shattered weapons from the mat. Lizzie stands in the centre of the ring, with a referee by her side. Lizzie lifts the mic to her mouth, prepared to announce the next match.
The lights then die down in the Solid Core Gymnasium, as a humming can be heard in the arena. Drums and guitars quickly pick up as "Dozing Green" by Dir en Grey can be heard in the arena.
Mezmerized by those eyes, Those bug eating eyes My breathing just stops I calm my heart and it just sheds a tear The bright and refreshing sunlight Mixes itself round and round along with the sound of rain
Chris then emerges from the back. He has his his black hair held back with a slashed ninja headband, black chin-high trench coat with red clouds and big sleeves undone just enough to see a black fishnet shirt and black boots on his feet, and a katana strapped to his back, with 3 shuriken held between his fingers on his right hand. Red eyes with black star like pupil glaring down to the ring, sending shivers down the spines of everyone between him and the ring.
My torn out heart let it dance now I question the emptiness The white voices, The leaking of my breath In The Sun
Lizzie: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Coming to the ring first, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Weighing in at two hundred and twenty five pounds. He is the "Rogue Ninja" Chris Pyro!
Chris continues his way to the ring, sliding underneath the ropes. The ref walks over to him, advising him to take the katana off and putting the shurikens away. Chris walks to the corner opposite to the staging, and puts his katana and shuriken underneath the corner. He doesn't remove his coat as he looks up, awaiting his opponent.
JP: Chris Pyro has certainly changed a lot since his return from Japan. He went from the crusader from hope, to a dark and seemingly twisted 'rogue'. Not even his best friend Amanda could deal with what he's done and is set out to do.
Ray White: For once, I'm going to be serious. When I saw the footage of Pyro murdering Justin Savior in cold blood, with no hesitation... I knew EVPW was not going to be the same. And for his opponent, the debuting "Irish Doomsday" Chris Hammers, he has a long night ahead of him against Chris Pyro.
TBC: Hammers

As the twisted Chris Pyro stands in the corner still wearing his jacket, a video is played showing Chris Hammers grounding and pounding several different enhancement talent. The video then shows several different MMA scenes such as Chris delivering a jumping kick with his right leg, kicking the poor receiver in the jaw knocking him down to the canvas. Another clip shows Hammers being grounded by surprise but quickly turning things around by locking in a Triangle Choke. The man quickly tapped out and the video comes to an end with white text appearing saying “The Irish Doomsday has arrived” Once that disappears, more white text appears saying “Chris Hammers” Down with the Sickness by Disturbed begins to play through the PA System as a man walks through the curtain. “The Irish Doomsday” looks very serious as he makes his way down to the ring wearing a pair of black wrestling tights with “Irish Doomsday” going up the right leg in white text. Chris’ long hair is tied back in a ponytail so not to bother his vision during the match.
Lizzie: And the opponent! From Belfast, Northern Ireland! Weighing in at 230lbs! The Irish Doomsday! Chris Hammers!
JP: This Chris Hammers certainly looked impressive in the few videos we have seen on TV recently. But can he survive in the ring with such a twisted and deranged wrestler in Chris Pyro?
Ray White: As I said, JP. Chris Hammers has got a long night ahead of him, he will have to use his Mixed Martial Arts fighting style to perfection if he wants to have any chance of getting the victory against “The Rouge Ninja” tonight.
Chris Hammers continues to make his way down to the ring, not removing his gaze at Chris Pyro. The two men clearly have history with each other from a previous wrestling company and chances are it won’t end here. Chris walks up the steel steps and steps in to the ring by going through the middle rope, the only time Pyro and Hammers’ eyes left contact with each other. The referee walks over to Chris Hammers and checks his Mixed Martial Arts gloves to make sure he isn’t hiding any sort of weapon. The referee then checks his knee pads and elbow pads and even the boots. During all of this, Pyro and Hammers continue to stare at each other.
JP: These two men haven’t stopped staring at each other since Hammers walked through the entrance curtain. Pyro has talked about the past he has with Chris Hammers but there seems to be something a lot darker going on with these two.
Ray White: The feeling in this room is extremely intense at the moment, JP. I am very excited for this match to start, it will surely be one to remember.
Chris Hammers walks to his corner backwards so to keep his eyes on Chris Pyro. The referee then raises his arms and points at the bell ringer to get the match started.
DING! DING! TBC Chris Pyro

Pyro and Hammers stare at each other as they walk to the centre, Pyro being the taller man by four inches looks down into Hammers eyes. Their long simmering hatred boiling just under the surface of their gazes. Both back up a few inches and get into fighting stances. Hammer's throws a punch, but his fist is quickly knocked away by Pyro who goes for one himself, but is knocked away as well. Pyro trys to keep up momentum by quickly spinning for a back fist, but Hammers ducks it and quickly nails a punch to Pyro's jaw, rocking him back a few inches. Pyro holds his jaw and shakes his head a little bit, slightly shocked from the strike. Pyro charges forward this time he throws a kick, but his foot is caught under Hammers' left arm. Hammers tries for a punch to Pyro's face again, but Pyro pulls his head back just out of range and catches Hammers' arm and spins his own body bringing them both to the mat. With Pyro's free leg he slams it down across the face of Hammers who releases Pyro's other leg. Both men get up once again and eye each other wondering what the others weakness could be.
White: Pyro may be the most attractive guy in that ring... But how can these two men be possibly this evenly matched?
JP: They have both had extensive martial arts training, Chris Pyro with Ninjutsu and Chris Hammers with MMA-Style fighting.
Both stars stand to their feet, realizing martial arts are not going to gain them any advantage begin to circle each other. They get into a collar and elbow tie up with Hammers quickly taking a side headlock. As Pyro tries to fight back Hammers quickly spins his weight around, taking Pyro to the mat where the “Irish Doomsday” adds more pressure to Pyro’s neck. Pyro makes the mistake and laying down on his back, the ref quickly drops and counts to two before Pyro quickly shoots his shoulder off the mat. Pyro then lifts his leg trying to catch Hammer’s head to pull him off. Hammers moves his head forward avoiding Pyro attempt at freedom. Pyro quickly moves his arms to the jaw line of Hammers to push back, which slowly lifts himself into a sitting position. Pyro then wraps his legs around the throat of Hammers, adding pressure. Pyro then takes the bottom of his coat and wraps it around Hammers face to try and suffocate his opponent. The ref sees the illegal action and quickly begins a five count. Pyro releases the hold at four, letting himself and Hammers stand up again.
White: Man, how I wish Pyro would do that to me.
JP: I wish he’d wrap his coat around your face and suffocate you... It’d relieve my headaches, that’s for sure.
Pyro looks across the ring with a small smile, happy with what he did. The fans remain torn between the two men. The ones that don’t like what Chris Pyro is turning into are cheering Chris Hammers on, while those who agree with Pyro’s new demeanor and actions cheer him on. Hammers and Pyro once again lock up, this time Pyro takes the headlock. Only this time, Hammers throws Pyro into the ropes for freedom. Pyro rebounds, but as Hammers goes to leapfrog over Pyro, the “Rogue Ninja” jumps up and throws a kick into the mid-section of the unsuspecting Chris Hammers, who lands hard on his back holding his stomach. Pyro continues the advantage by putting one knee along the ribcage of Hammers, and grips Hammers’ neck and pulls up bending Hammers in a really bad way.

The referee gets down to one knee and asks Chris Hammers if he wants to give up. Chris can only nod his head sideways to say no because of Chris Pyro twisting his neck back while digging his knee in to the ribcage of “The Irish Doomsday” After several more seconds, Pyro releases the hold only to wrap his hands around Hammers’ throat, chocking the breath out of him. The referee counts to four before Pyro releases his grip of Hammer’ neck. Chris Hammers struggles to his feet as Pyro runs off the ropes, delivering a kick to the side of the head so hard, Hammers crashes to the outside of the ring. Pyro stands, grinning as he knows he has his opponent hurting. Pyro begins to stamp the canvas of the ring with his foot to hype the crowd up as Hammers struggles to get to a vertical base on the outside of the ring. “The Rouge Ninja” runs of the ropes once again, this time diving over them with a fantastic looking Swanton, crashing in to Hammers sending both men crashing hard in to the barricade. Pyro may of hurt himself as a result of the high risk move but he was the first to his feet as the referee had reached the count of five. Pyro quickly rolled in to the ring and rolled back out to restart the count. Pyro grabbed Hammers by the hair and dragged him up to his feet. Pyro pulled so hard to get Hammers up to a vertical base, hair was ripped out of his skull. Pyro grins as he drops the hair before delivering a knife edge chop to the chest, the contact delivering a nasty sound of skin ripping. Pyro quickly followed up by connecting with a European uppercut, knocking Hammers back down to concrete floor. Chris Pyro once again rolls in to the ring and rolls back out to restart the count and makes his way to Hammers who is using the barricade to help himself stand. Pyro once again pulls Hammers by the hair, dragging him to the ring apron. “The Rogue Ninja” then grabs his opponent by the arm and attempts to Irish whip him in to the turnbuckle only for Hammers to use the momentum to turn the move around sending Pyro crashing head first in to the turnbuckle, a loud thud is heard as contact is made. Pyro spins around the turnbuckle and fall down to the concrete floor, a cut emerging were contact was made.
Ray White: “The Rogue Ninja” is bleeding! That was one hell of a thud heard in the arena when Pyro’s head made contact with outside of that turnbuckle.
JP: I bet blood will only make Pyro more hyped to win this match against a man who has yet to prove he is good enough to stand on his own two feet in EVPW.
Ray White: Has yet to prove? He’s keeping his own against a ruthless murderer who has twice already tried to choke him out of this match, or even his life.
“The Irish Doomsday” catches his breath for a few seconds as his opponent grabs the ring apron to pull himself back up to a vertical base. Both men slowly roll back in to the squared circle where they meat each other in the middle of the ring the same way the match started, with back n forth fists. At this point, the blood is now all over Pyro’s face and we can only expect it is impairing his vision somewhat. Hammers’ ducks only a spinning kick attempt and hooks the other leg of “The Rogue Ninja” grounding him down to the canvas and he locks in the Texas Cloverleaf. Pyro uses his arms to press up in an attempt to relieve the pain but “The Irish Doomsday” pulls back hard on the contorted legs causing Pyro to collapse, his chest hitting the canvas. The referee once again goes down to one knee, this time asking Pyro if he wants to give up. Pyro yells no at the referee and begins to drag himself to the closest bottom rope. Pyro eventually wraps his right hand around the bottom rope but Hammers’ keeps the submission locked in. The referee begins his count so “The Irish Doomsday” releases the hold on four. Hammers moves away and stands at the opposite side of the ring as Pyro uses the ropes to get up to his feet. Pyro calls for the referee and is heard complaining that he can’t see anything with the blood smothered all over his face. Hammers however runs of the ropes and delivers a huge big boot to the side of the head, sending Pyro crashing over the top rope and to the concrete floor. The referee yells at the Northern Irish native for attacking Pyro while the referee was checking on Pyro but Hammers shrugs him off. During this time, ring crew members rush to Chris Pyro on the outside of the ring, one of them pours a bottle of water over Pyro’s face as he remains motionless. Pyro begins to move his arm and wipes his face, realizing he can now see again. Pyro struggles to his feet but is met with a crashing Chris Hammers who used the ropes to catapult himself over the ropes and crush Pyro underneath his own weight, both men hitting the concrete floor hard.
Ray White: These two men are trying to kill each other! How will either of them be able to stand at the end of this brutal encounter?
JP: You watch, Ray. Now that Pyro has had his vision cleared, he is going to dominate Chris Hammers. Just you watch.
“The Irish Doomsday” is the first to his feet, this wasn’t a hard task seeing as he was still on top of Pyro after crashing on him with the cross body from inside of the ring to the outside. Hammers grabs Pyro by the head and rolls him in to the ring before climbing the ring apron and calling for the end of the match. Ray White on commentary makes note that one of Hammers’ finishers is the Springboard Tornado DDT and that is exactly was Hammers is setting up for. He stamps his feet on the ring apron to hype himself up as Pyro struggles to his feet. Pyro eventually gets to a vertical base and turns around as Hammers jumps on to the top rope and springboards of. As soon as Hammers jumped he realized the DDT wasn’t going to work as Pyro had himself jumped in the air and met Hammers with a mid air spin kick, Pyro’s boot bouncing of Hammers’ jaw. Both men hit the canvas hard, Pyro clearly tiring from the very physical match. Pyro crawls over to Hammers and drapes an arm over his chest. The referee slams his hand of the canvas twice and goes for a third only for Hammers to get a shoulder of the canvas at the last second. The crowd pop for the kick out, happy to see the great match continue. Pyro is the first to his feet and raises his arms in the air, calling for the finish. “The Rogue Ninja” then stalks Hammers as he struggles to get up to a vertical base, eventually doing so. Hammers turns around and is met with a kick to the mid section followed by his head being hooked and his leg being grabbed. It’s clear Pyro is attempting one of his finishers “God’s last gift” but Hammers quickly counters the move with a small package, nearly getting the three count out of no where only for Pyro to kick out at two. Both men get up to their feet, Pyro try’s to ground his opponent only for “The Irish Doomsday” to deliver a knee to the temple knocking Pyro back in to the ropes. Hammers falls down to one knee, tired and feeling the affects of the match. Pyro bounces of the ropes, still dazed from the knee to the head but uses the momentum to charge at Hammers and connect with the Shining Wizard. The kick cracks Hammers’ in the side of the head and both men once again are out cold in the middle of the ring. The referee begins to count, the crowd yelling for both men to get to their feet so the match can continue.
Ray White: Both men seem to have their fans and their haters but they are both being pled to get up to their feet so this fantastic match can continue. I for one hope they both do.
JP: I don’t. Hammers should just stay down, look at him, he’s out for the count. My man, Chris Pyro is about to be announced the winner of the match!

Pyro pulls himself to wards the ropes and gets to a seated position, trying to analyze his options to try and get the lead. Pyro looks over and sees that he's close to his weaponry, and reaches just under the ring apron and pulls something out from what would be the support beams. Pyro keeps it concealed within his large coat sleeves and gets to his feet. Pyro eyes Hammers who also gets to his feet and starts to walk close, clenching his fist with the foreign object in it as some powder seeps through his fingers. He grabs onto Hammers' hair and holds him close, the ref trying to get in between them. All of a sudden white powder goes flying into the refs eyes, and both Pyro and Hammers falling away. The powder lingers as Hammers looks to see what just happened as he gets to his feet. Pyro quickly reaches for his two shuriken.
JP: W-what just happened? One moment the ref is trying to get in between Hammers and Pyro to get Pyro off of Hammers' hair and the next thing we knew there is white powder and the ref is blind... Wait a minute, Pyro used a powder on Andrew Porter and it caused Porter to see his worst fears... Could this have been the same powder?
White: I-I don't think so.. The ref hasn't started screaming or flailing yet... Maybe it was just a powder bomb by that sexy Ninja.
Pyro waits for Hammers to turn around, and throws the two shuriken into Hammers' chest missing anything vital. Hammers grabs onto the shurikens and pulls them out, only to be met by a boot to the midsection. By this time ring crew attendants have come to the refs side and poured water into his eyes to wash away the powder. Chris Pyro thrusts Chris Hammers' head between his legs and double under-hooks Hammers' arms. Pyro jumps up and swings his body forward forcing him and Hammers into a spinning motion, and piledrives Hammers' head first into the mat with the "Shuriken Driver". Hammers flops onto his stomach motionlessly as Pyro gets the refs attention. Pyro rolls Hammers onto his back for a pin.

Hammers just manages to get his shoulder up in time to break the refs count. Chris leans back and wipes the blood that is seeping underneath his ninja headband away from his eyes. Pyro looks at the ref who is wiping some of the powdered water from his eyes, and grabs the shuriken, throwing them out of the ring for his safety. Pyro sits Hammers up in a sitting position and wraps his arm around Hammers' throat in a sleeper hold. Pyro then shifts his body over so they're both laying out on the mat, with Hammers' head being pulled on in a really awkward way.
JP: Pyro truly has changed. The old Pyro would've never gone to such lows to take the advantage. I still want to know why he is stooping so low.
White: That is just how Pyro is now and its good. Something needed to happen around here.
Pyro really starts to crank on Hammers' injured neck from the Shuriken Driver. Hammers tries to break free but can't get to Pyro's hands and he's too far from the ropes to try using them for freedom. The look in the eyes of Hammers goes from that of a fighter, to that of someone slowly losing consciousness. Hammers body goes weak, and the ref taps his arm check for any signs of life. Satisfied that Hammers might not be able to go any further, he grabs onto his arm and lifts it up, releasing it. Hammers' hand drops to the mat with no strength, so the ref repeats the process and again the arm hits. A small smile can be seen creeping on Pyro's face barely seen because of the high collar of his coat, happy that his long time rival could possibly be finished here. The ref once again grabs Hammers' arm and releases it, this time a surge of life pumps through the body of Hammers, who fights to a sitting position shaking his fists. Pyro seems astonished and tries to add more pressure. Hammers continues to fight onto his knee, then to his feet. Hammers gets up to a standing position and sends two elbows into Pyro's midsection, but before he could try to break free, Pyro delivers a stiff knee to the jaw of Hammers, knocking the MMA-style fighter into the turnbuckle. Pyro walks over and sends some boots to the midsection of the "Irish Doomsday". Chris Pyro then walks to the corner adjacent to the one Hammers is in. Pyro climbs to the top rope and eyes Hammers to make sure there are no signs of life yet. Chris then begins his charge across the top rope, leaping once he reaches the mid way point and flies at Hammers. But at the last minute, Hammers shoots back to life and gets out of the way, causing Pyro to crash onto the top rope where Hammers' head would've been and sending Pyro down onto his head to the mat. Hammers then feels the strain of the knee to the face and the blood being cut off and drops to his knee as he sees Pyro holding his own neck from the awkward landing.
JP: Pyro almost had it there. If he had connected with that Rope Running Dropkick, he probably could taken a huge lead in this match.
TBC: Chris Hammers
