Jimmy Pate: Well Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to our first match of the Pay-Per-View. This match will put the Bard, from Mongolia, against King Rex, from Australia.
Ray White: And this match will open up the night for some exciting matches, and some dreams being destroyed.
The lights all turn off. The crowd begins to murmur to each other. After a long period, nothing happens. The crowd begins to get restless and the chattering gets louder and louder. Finally the sound of a six stringed-instrument can be heard. The murmurs don't stop, but they begin to quiet down as each set of eye-balls are watching the ramp to see who appears. Finally the sound gets louder and louder as a set of feet appear on the ramp, black still covers above the feet though as the song advances. A spotlight slowly makes its way up to the knees, then the stomach, then the instrument that is playing, revealing that it is a mandolin, and up to reveal the face of Bard who has an ear-to-ear grin while he continues to play his theme song.
Lizzie Morna: The scheduled match is supposed to be a One-Fall Street Fight match. Introducing first, weighing in at 233 lbs and standing at 5 feet 11 inches, the immigrant from Mongolia, The Bard!
The Bard begins to move down the ramp strumming the tune on his mandolin as he and the spotlight moves down the ramp. The lights suddenly turn on in a dark orange color, while the Bard reaches the side of the ring. He begins to play even louder as the finale of the song approaches, and he plays every string true. He finally finishes the song as the crowd applauds his magnificent performance. The Bard takes the mandolin from off around his neck, and places it by his side of the ring. The Bard begins to climb to steel steps and climbs in over the 2nd rope and moves to the center of the ring before raising one hand. The Bard then motions for a microphone, which takes a while because nobody understands what he is doing. A microphone is finally brought to him.
The Bard: Hello everyone, (*Clears throat*) I may be different from each and everyone of you, but what does that mean? I am different from my opponent, but is that how wrestlers make a living? King Rex and I have a past, and we plan to use each others weaknesses against each other. We are going to try and give you the best opening match of the entire show.
The crowd begins to cheer as the momentum is already building for the Bard with his speech.
The Bard: Aided with powerful weapons, we will tear each other apart, when one of us gets knocked down, I will get back up like a cobra, ready to strike again, and King Rex will jump up like a kangaroo and get back in the fight. We won't stop until one of us can't go anymore. Weapons would help stop this match quickly, anyone who gets ahead, might stay ahead. So I hope you enjoy the match... and my mandolin tune.
The Bard gives the microphone to Lizzie Morna who takes it in her hand, obviously disappointed of the Bard's speech, who had no persuasion skills to get the crowd on his side at all. However the crowd is cheering for how big the match will be.
OOC: What weapons can we use in this match, are there ring count outs, or can we do whatever we want? What is the limit to how many weapons we can smash over each other?
