Curate Cadaverous vs Nathan Drake

Homeless Harry: Cadaverous was taken apart last week by Grockadock. But when the dust cleared, he managed to get the 1-2-3 on his larger opponent. Tonight, he's up against Natha ..

Harry is cut off by sounds of chanting that begin to blast through the P.A System. The chanting begins to increase in decibel level, and the lights begin to flicker in the Solid Core Gym. On the butchertron in the ' arena ', a message begins to form.

The chanting stops, and loud booms , mimicking pyro, begin to blast through the speaker system, as the lights go out completely in the SCG. The fans begin to murmur in excitement as Still born by The Black Label Society hit the PA system ...

The entrance theme continues to play, as a number of searchlights near the entrance way begin to emit alternating red and black light beams.

All of a sudden, the music comes to an abrupt end, the lights come back on in the arena, and in the ring, a new figure is shown to be kneeling, head bowed down. The figure wears a torn, white shirt, with white tights and black gloves. The figure slowly rises to his feet and begins to look around at the fans in the arena, slowly craining his neck to both sides , as if to ascertain his surroundings. Slowly, he removes his white shirt, exposing a ripped body. He trudges towards a corner, eyeballs fixed on the canvas, and sits on the top turnbuckle. He taunts the audience for a few seconds before closing his eyes. He then begins to mutter something to himself, seemingly a ' pep up ' talk of sorts. Meanwhile , Andrew Porter begins to announce something ...

Andrew Porter: Ladies and gentlemen, from Parts Unknown, weighing in at 240 Pounds and standing in at 6 feet 2 inches, this is Curate Cadaverous!![/color][/b]

Cadaverous opens his eyes, and jumps off the top turnbuckle . He moves towards the center of the ring, and waits for Nathan Drake to make his entrance.

Jenna Foxx:Drake has competed with the Imperial Champion and held his own.Curate better be carefull,He might get....

Jenna gets cut off by the sound of Papa Roaches "Take Me" blares out of the PA System.It goes for a couple of Seconds before Nathan Drake pushes through the curtain and stands on the stage.He peers down at Curate through the long black hair that covers his face and raises a single fist.The Fans half cheer,half boo him as He begins walk down the ramp.

Andrew Porter:And his opponent,From Dayton,Ohio.Weighing in at Two Hundred and Thirty Eight Pounds,The Endgiver,Nathan Drake!

Drake leaps onto the ring apron and glares at Cadaverous before swinging a single leg over the second rope and entering the ring.He approaches Curate before extending his arms up and outwards in a Legend Killer Like Taunt.Curate nods his head up and down before Nathan drops his arms and walks to a corner.

The ref checks both men for foreign objects, and upon finding things to his satisfaction, he motions for the bell to be rung. The match is underway, and both wrestlers move to the center of the ring. Drake and Curate stare at each other, and begin to circle around the ring, each man trying to second guess his opponent. After a few seconds of circling each other, they lock up in a collar and elbow tie up. Curate slips through Drake's grip, and catches him in a waistlock from behind. Drake counters with a switch, and applies the waistlock to Cadaverous. Curate takes hold of Drake's left arm and stamps on Drake's foot. Drake instinctively breaks the hold, and frees his arms. Curate seizes the opportunity, and locks in a standing high arm wrench. Drake realizes that Cadaverous has the advantage of greater leverage as of now, and rolls to the mat. This causes Curate to loosen his grip on Drake's arm. Drake, however, doesn't release Curate's arm, and rolls on the mat in the opposite direction, before then kipping back up to his feet. He twists Curate's arm around, and locks in an arm wrench of his own. Curate senses the unfavorable situation he is in, and rolls to the mat, in the same manner Drake did a few moments ago. Drake is forced to loosen his grip, and Cadaverous kips back to his feet. He catches hold of Drake's arm again, and flips him over to the mat with a high velocity single arm takedown. Drake doesn't seem to be in a mood to stay on the mat however, and he kips up back to his feet immediately. Cadaverous, however, seems to have scouted this, and puts his neck beneath Drake's right armpit, before tossing him to the mat with an amateur takedown. Cadaverous gets back onto his feet, and moves towards Nathan Drake, who springs right back as well. Cadaverous shoots Drake into the ropes with an Irish whip. Drake rebounds and goes for a clothesline. Unfortunately, Cadaverous seems to have the same idea in mind, and he goes for a clothesline as well. The result is a sick collision in the middle of the ring, which leaves both men on the mat. However, this is a predicament both men find themselves in momentarily, as the next second, both men kip up to their feet and turn towards each other in fighting stances. They stare at each other with hands raised for action, as the crowd gives them a hearty round of applause. Cadaverous and Drake smirk at each other, and glance at the crowd, soaking in the cheers.

Jenna Foxx : Technical wrestling at its finest. Moves and counter moves, one after another. For all the idiots who say EVPW is about bloodshed and violence, let me tell you that this match is as good a ' wrestling ' match as you'll see anywhere else in the world.

Drake and Cadaverous have evidently finished their staring game, and move towards the center of the ring again. Cadaverous raises his right arm towards Drake, seemingly asking Drake to partake in a test of strength. Drake eyes Curate suspiciously, while slowly raising his left arm towards Curate. Just as Drake's left arm touches Curate's extended right arm, Curate nails Drake with a kick to the mid riff. Drake doubles over in pain, as the crowd boo Curate's act of treachery. Curate doesn't any attention to them as he begins to pound Drake with stiff elbows to the back of the head. Drake is visibly dazed, and Cadaverous takes advantage of the situation by wrenching Drake's arm, and then pulling Drake back towards him, before proceeding to stick out an arm, and in the process, hit a short arm clothesline. Drake falls to the mat as a result of the impact of the move, and Cadaverous seems to have the upper hand at this point. He kicks Drake repeatedly in the mid riff, and drops an elbow on Drake's head for good measure. Drake clutches his head and rolls around the mat in pain. Cadaverous continues the punishment to Drake's head with punches and stiff kicks. After a couple of minutes of punishment, Cadaverous raises Drake back to his feet, and grabs him in a waistlock. He tries to lift Drake up, but Drake blocks it by placing a foot between Curate's feet. Curate tries again, but Drake blocks it in the same manner. Suddenly, Drake uses the same technique Curate did in the start of the match, and stamps on Curate's foot. Cirate releases his hands instinctively, and Drake applies a waistlock of his own. He lifts Curate up, and falls backwards at the same time, thereby executing a picture perfect German suplex. Curate falls hard on his upperback and shoulders, and seems to have had the wind knocked out of his sails. Unfortunately for Drake, the kicks to his head seem to have affected his equilibrium, and he is unable to take advantage of the situation. In fact, the German Suplex seems to have taken a lot out of Drake as he slumps to the mat beside Cadaverous. Both men are down, and the referee begins to count ...

Homeless Harry: What a German Suplex! Karl Gotch would have approved. Nathan Drake just showed off his technical capabilities right there. That was perfect!

Jenna Foxx :Yes, but Drake needs to capitalize. If he goes for the pin now, he might end up with a victory. The man who makes it back to his feet first, will have the advantage!
