The arena is a hive of activity as the fans actively chant for the new additions to the EVPW roster. In spite of the recent animosity between the two sets of superstars, the loyal EVPW fan base could not help but be impressed with their recent efforts and they cheered accordingly. The lights in the arena are suddenly dimmed except for a long thin row of strip lights at the bottom of the entrance ramp, casting light upwards. Psychosocial by Slipknot begins playing through the entire building. It starts as a low hum before building in a rising crescendo of noise. The lights are slowly turned back on to complement the graudual rise in pitch of the music. As the lights are turned back on, the crowd istantly turns sour as they see the cowled form of the Safety Ranger standing at the top of the entrance ramp, looking out silently into the audience. They begin showering him with a torrent of boos and voice their disapproval in the hundreds as Rhaps mentally ignores them before taking long slow strides to the awaiting ring and promise of carnage and destruction to come. Lizzie Morna steps forwards, ready and willing to announce the upcoming match as the Rhapsitastic One doesn't wait for her to start talking, instead already reaching the ring steps by the time she raises the microphone to her mouth.
Lizzie: Introducing the next match of this evening's match card. The following is to be a glass table match and the winner will be declared when their opponent has been slammed through a glass table. Introducing first, weighing in tonight at 219 pounds and hailing from Canterbury, England. He is the high flying, death defying, Rhapsifying SIC Monster and the self-proclaimed Beast Unleashed. He is one half of the EVPW United Glory Champions and Kingdom member. Rhaps.
The crowd breaks out into fresh boos as Rhaps steps through the ropes into the squared circle. A faint glint is seen under the robe as Rhaps reaches up to his head. He pushes he hood back, revealing his face to be a groteqsue, twisted mess. Rhaps is wearing red contact lenses, giving his face an almost demonic look. Alongside this Rhaps has dyed his hair a similar shade of crimson and what resembles blood is smeared across his face. He looks gauntly at the audience once more as Rhaps removes the robe, throwing it to the outside. The EVPW United Glory Championship belt becomes visible, hanging loosely over his shoulder professing his main event title win at Equinox. The Safety Ranger nods slowly a few times as he hands the belt to the corner official before removing his plain black T-shirt, leaving him wearing nothing but thick-set boots and knee length black shorts. A brief mumur runs through the audience at the Satanic, yet plain attire Rhaps is currently donning as he drops to his haunches, awaiting the arrival of his opponent.
JP: Well, I hate to say it but it looks as if one half of our new tag team champions is ready for action and this could spell trouble for TPK. Also, it is of important note that this will be the first match that TPK has competed in or a while so he may well exhibit some forms of ring rust here tonight.
Ray: Not like any of it will matter Jimmy. Rhaps has started a fresh undefeated streak ever since his uncandid loss to Alex Stall. If you factor in his ICW victories Rhaps has gone 6-0 now. And the momentum is very much in Rhaps' favour after that huge title win and so TPK will struggle here tonight. My Rhapsy One will tear him apart.
