Ray White: “This is madness! I don’t think either of them can continue. I’m not even sure they’re breathing! That about a twenty foot plunge, there’s no way they can survive that."
Jimmy Pate: “You mean you don’t think there is anyway Skull can survive that! Matt landed on top; he was at least cushioned a little bit. Plus he seems to be moving, I don’t think I can even see Skull’s chest moving! ”
As time begins to pass, both wrestlers start to show signs of life, small signs, but signs nonetheless. To the surprise of few, Matt Violence is the first to stumble to his feet. Blood trickles from various opening amongst his scar-riddled forehead and paint a crimson mask on his mug. Eventually, like a drunken old man, Violence staggers into the far south-east corner and begins to fight his way up the turnbuckles; looking to escape the hell he’s found himself it. Upon reaching the top turnbuckle, the Real-Life Rocky starts wrestling with the barbed-wire, pushing it out of the way so he can start to climb over. Alas, he is stopped by a slight tugging on his beltline. Skull has miraculously made it to his feet and is on hot pursuit.
Both lock their fingers into the cage wall and with their free hands they begin chipping away at one another with blow after blow. The Hellion does as quick change-a-roo and sneaks a knee into the mix, this catches Matt off guard and that is all it takes for Skull to capitalize. The Nightmare Warrior locks his arm around Violence’s head and dives backwards to the canvas, forcing Matt to a flip in midair. Together, the High Priest of Horrorland and the Ultra-Violent Superstar of Philadelphia crash to the canvas, shaking all four corners of the cage on impact. Skull lands directly on top of MV after hitting his finisher and the ref quickly swoops in for the count.
“ONE!”
Ray White: “Yes, the Coffin Cruise! He just hit the Coffin Cruise! It looks like Skull’s necklace is going to have yet another shrunken head on it!”
“TWO!”
Jimmy Pate: “This match is over and just when you thought Violence was going to escapes from the cage. Skull hit his finishing move out of nowhere, nobody saw that coming!”
“THREE- NO!!”
The ring officials hand crashes to the mat, but only a millisecond before Matt had somehow mustered up the strength to throw his shoulder off the mat. In disbelief Skull rolls off of his adversary and looks up at the Jared Nathan Memorial Gymnasium. Skull with rage being his only driving-force pushes himself up to his feet and pulls his foe up onto wobbly legs. After spinning the Make-Shift Wrestler a hundred and eighty degrees around, Skull snakes his arms around MV’s neck and begins to squeeze with all he has got left.
Ray White: “This, for sure, has to be it! Matt’s going to go to sleep. We’ve seen plenty of people fall victim to Skull’s Sweet Dreams!”
Jimmy Pate: “Man, I really hate to admit it but I think you’re right, Ray. I think he’s done here.”
Matt, not wanting to go down without a fight begins to throw punches over his head, trying desperately to break himself free. The punches seem to have little effect on MV, but after a white Matt decides to give it one last shot. Throwing his foot back, Matt places a well-timed boot right into Skull’s nether-regions, which allows Matt to break free. Right from where they stand, MV reaches behind him and grab around Skull’s head before dropping on his butt with a terrifying Glass Jaw. With an empty gas tank, Matt covers his rival and closes his eyes, hoping it was enough to put away Skull.
“ONE!”
“TWO!”
“THREE!”
Jimmy Pate: “MATT VIOLENCE DID IT! HE FINALLY BUT AN END TO ALL THE TRASH TALK AND ALL THE HOSTILITY! MATT VIOLENCE PINNED SKULL! ”
OOC: Great match Skull, wish we could have had more posts a piece.
