JP: “The time has finally come, Ray! For the first time in a very long while, EVPW is ready to kick things off… again!” RW: “This is just fabulous! These fans are just as excited, having all brought their weapons- who will be the first to use one?”
*DING-DING-DING*
Right on cue, the two fervent middleweights meet up in the center of the four-sided hell. A struggle commences as they fight for control in a standard collar and elbow tie-up. Being the more technically sound of the two, Matt Violence snaps the Japanese athlete's head down and tightens up a front headlock. Violence wrenches with all his might in an attempt to subdue the more muscular foe, but the seasoned veteran fights back. Ruroni uses his outside hand to pull down on MV’s forearm, creating a pocket for him to breath. With one hand free, the Japan native begins to swing his arm back, bludgeoning the Philadelphian’s abdomen relentlessly with elbows. Sensing a window of opportunity, the Wandering Samurai turns in towards MV and drops to a knee while riding his arm up between Matt’s legs. With MV’s quad locked in his grip, RKK pulls the former Knockout Champion over his shoulders and sends him down to the canvas with a thud.
Matt, having anticipated the fireman’s carry, braces himself and rolls with the maneuver as to take the slightest of damage. Instantly, the two find themselves circling each other, looking for the next opening to capitalize on. RKK’s eyes dart ever-so slightly to his left; Matt notices the movement and knows exactly what his intentions are. Matt acts first and darts for the ropes, sliding under them, RKK follows suit and they both scramble to find the best weapon within their reach.
JP: “And just as I suspected, not even a minute into the match-up and both Matt and Ruroni are out for blood.” RW: “I hope there's no blood! Blood's icky!”
Ruroni grabs the first item thrown his way by an audience member, which turns out to be a stop sign. Matt on the other hand takes an extra second to choose more carefully and takes a barbed wire baseball bat off the hands of a young female fan. MV charges at RKK with the spiked weapon wielded overhead. Well versed in ultra-violent warfare, the Japanese wrestler sidesteps the forthcoming foe and drives the edge of traffic sign into MV’s gut. Matt yells in agony as he hunkers over, but it’s the second shot right across the back that really does damage and takes the Ultra-Violent Superstar to his knees. A twisted grin grows across the face of RKK as he backpedals. A yell escapes the Wandering Samurai’s mouth as he now charges Matt full steam ahead. As he draws closer to his kneeling opponent, Ruroni leaves his feet and soars through the air. In the moments before contact, RKK shields the bottom of his boots with the stop sign and kicks the metal into the back of his opponent’s skull.
A sick sound of steel on bone resonates throughout the arena, but is drowned out by all the cheering the dropkick caused. Matt writhes in pain while his foe returns back to a vertical base. Licking his lips in the pleasure of his adversary’s agony, Ruroni begins plotting his next move. Kneeling down, RKK lifts MV’s head off of the cold ground, and slides the contorted stop sign underneath it. Pleased with the mayhem this far, RKK throws his fist to the skies and bathes in the ecstatic atmosphere before climbing up on the apron. RKK backs up into the far corner and points to the laid-out MV, before making a cutthroat motion and breaking out in a sprint. Nearing his foe, RKK again goes airborne and extends his legs out. Having regained enough of his senses in the time Ruroni left him to recover, MV is able to scramble out of the way just in time to watch RKK’s tailbone spike the stop sign where his head once was.
The fans cringe. Matt smirks. RKK continues to writhe about on the bare concrete floor, his body aching with devastating pain after missing a leg drop attempt. Still feeling the effects of a blow to the back of the skull, Matt grasps his head whilst reaching for the apron to assist him to a vertical stance.
JP: “This isn't good, Ruroni better get up and get up quick. Matt Violence will take full advantage of this opportunity if he continues to just lay there!” RW: “You say that like it's a bad thing, Jimmy."
With a sick look in his eyes, Violence begins to stalk his injured foe not unlike the way a hawk would it's prey, and finally he swoops in to attack. MV collects the left leg of his bellied-down adversary and tucks his foot underneath his armpit before squatting down and torquing back. An agonized scream resonates from RKK’s mouth- a sure sign the half Boston crab is being expertly applied. Ruroni does his best to crawl out of the move, however his attempt is to no avail, Matt has the hold locked in too tightly at this point.
MV manages to drag RKK towards the audience members all the while maintaining full control of Ruroni’s leg. With his free hand the Ultra-Violent Superstar reaches out to one of the fans and procures a new item- a staple gun. Without any second thought Violence begins shooting the tiny staples in and around the trapped knee of his opponent.

The sharp pain of each staple piercing the flesh has Rurouni gritting his clenched teeth, trying to not let the pain escape his mouth, each time a fresh staple pokes the skin, a new trail of warm red blood begins to float to the surface and begin to run down the leg. Matt Violence has the sadistic look of someone who enjoys this type of stuff and he shows no signs of quitting, as he leans forward a wicked smile on his face as the he brings the staple gun close to the forehead of his opponent. Rurouni watches on, feeling the pain from not only the staples around his knee but from the knee lock as well. Matt raises the staple gun over his head as he prepares to bring it down, but before it comes down he is heard screaming as he lets go of both the staple gun and the leg lock, the fans in the front row jump back a bit as a ball of fire has shot from The Wandering Samurai's mouth and into the face of the Violent one. It's enough to let Rurouni get some space as he uses the railing to pull himself up, ignoring the pain in his knee.
Dayum Jimmy did you see that fireball? Where did it come from? That is crazy the way Rurouni can do that. Though it looked like Mr. Violence was going to put some staples into Rurouni's forehead until the breakage.
You know Ray, it always amazes me every time I see Rurouni with that fireball of his. I mean it can come out at anytime, and the opponent doesn't know how to prepare for it.
The smell of burnt hair permeates around the area, the fireball having done the job of stopping the onslaught from Matt Violence. Rurouni reaches over the railing that he is using for support and grabs a bottle of Colt 45 malt liquid from the kid sitting next to his dad. Matt Violence open's his eyes and can see but not very well as they still water from liquid that made contact with face from the fireball. He see's Rurouni leaning against the railing and smiles a wicked smile as he mask his way over towards the Wandering Samurai, unaware of the 40 oz. Bottle waiting on him. Rurouni waits before swinging the bottle which connects upside the head of Violence, the thick brown glass from the bottle actually shatters and breaks over the head of Violence, dropping him face first with a thud. Rurouni turns him over, bends down picking up a piece of the glass, smiles for a second before driving the piece of glass into the forehead before then running the sharp end across the forehead, slowly and deliberately watching as that red substance begins to come to the surface and slowly run down the sides of Matt's face.
The Wandering Samurai cackles as he again digs the glass into the forehead causing even more blood to protrude on the face of Matt Violence, Rurouni stands up while grabbing Mr. Violent one by his hair standing him to his feet. The Wandering Samurai drives a quick knee into the gut of his opponent before then grabbing him and whipping into the far railing, this is quickly followed up with Rurouni running at his opponent before sending him and Violence over the railing from the closeline into the crowd, who have begun to cheer, the fans near the railing stand up and clear out leaving like a half pit as both superstars lie on the ground. Rurouni gets up first and is on his feet, but before he can make his next move, Matt Violence surprises him with an uppercut that stuns the Samurai, allowing Violence to get to his feet. Violence reaches behind him and grabs a chair, but instead of making contact with Rurouni he makes contact with the chair that he picked up as well. They both swing the metal chairs, each time a loud clank is heard as they make contact. Rurouni and Violence both wind back with all their might, and accidentally hit two fans who got to close, but they don't care as the chairs come around as if each one was going to put the fastball into the stands, they both drop their chairs as the vibration stings there hands. The two Gladiators look at each other, Violence his face a crimson mask and a devilish smile on his face. Rurouni blood stains showing through his pants and a noticeable limp but an evil smile on his face as he licks his lips.
Ray would you look at Matts face, he is wearing the proverbial crimson mask but he seems to like it. Course Rurouni he seems to be enjoying himself as well, I am almost afraid to see what other tools or toys could be played with during this match.
I am sure Jimmy, we have not yet begun to see anything. As I am sure we have a long way to go.
Rurouni charges towards Matt Violence who wears a crimson mask, Violence meets him and they begin to throw punches back and forth, neither man seems to be able to stop the other. Rurouni ducks a right handed punch, before driving a shoulder into the stomach, this is followed up with the Samurai wrapping his arms around the body of Mr. Violence and driving him down hard to the padded mat outside the ring. Rurouni smiles as he lets go only to hold Matt Violence by his head and begins to lick his forehead tasting the blood of Violence, this causes Ray to wretch. Rurouni then smiles before tossing Violence into the ring, quickly sliding in behind him he bends down, standing Violence up before he grabs Violence by the arm and sends him across the ring into the far ropes which Violence bounces off of and as Rurouni puts his arm out for a lariat, Matt ducks under the lariat and continues to run bouncing off the other set of ropes and as Rurouni turns around he finds himself knocked to the ground as Matt Violence lowers his shoulder into the chest of Rurouni. Matt Violence reaches into his pocket and pulls out a metal comb, that he raises up into the air before then mounting Rurouni, picking him up by his head and rubbing the metal comb across the forehead of Rurouni but doesn't cut the skin. Matt Violence tosses the comb not happy he couldn't cut open Rurouni. Matt gets off Rurouni, goes to the outside and begins to search under the ring as Rurouni begins to slowly get up.
Well this match has started exactly the way I thought it would. Though Rurouni licking the blood off the forehead of Matt Violence was a bit disturbing, having not seen it for awhile. I must say I am still shocked that we have had such a clean match.
Well Jimmy, I for one am glad that we don't have such a barbaric match, I mean I don't want to see Rurouni nor Violence scar there bodies anymore then what they are. I wonder what Matt Violence will find under the ring?
Matt Violence stands up holding a black bag which he lifts high up into the air, unaware that Rurouni has gotten to his feet and is waiting for him. Mr. Violence slides under the bottom rope and as he comes to a standing base, his jaw cracks as his head turns causing his body to spin in a circle, spit goes flying from out of his mouth and he crashes to the mat as Rurouni's foot hits the ground after delivering a swift roundhouse kick. Rurouni bends down and picks up the bag, that Matt held in his hand, opens it up before dumping the contents onto the mat. The crowd looks on in horror as tons and tons of thumbtacks are poured onto the mat. Rurouni then grabs Matt Violence by the back of the head standing him up, tucks Matts head under his arm and yells to the crowd but instead of DDTing Matt Violence face first into the thumbtacks, Violence counters the hold wrapping his arms around the waist and lifting Rurouni up and over with a bridging suplex. The ref runs over drops down to make the count, the ref's hand slaps the mat once, the ref's hand slaps the mat twice but as the hand goes up to come down for three Rurouni kicks out which causes Violence to lose the hold.
Wow that almost ended the match with Matt Violence hitting a bridging suplex for a pin. instead of Violence tasting thumbtacks we see him almost pick up the win.
I am so disappointed I was hoping to see this match end, granted I would hate to see Rurouni lose, but I also don't have my stomach back yet for these type of matches.
Both men stand up and face off against each other, the blood has stopped flowing down Violences face as the two charge and lock up. Rurouni sends Violence near side into the ropes and wraps an arm around him as he comes off the ropes, lifting him up into the air and twisting his hips before slamming Violence to the mat with a slide slam. Rurouni stands up, picks up Matt Violence hitting a toe kick which keeps Violence doubled over. Rurouni then pulls Violences head between his thighs, bends down locking his arms around the waist of Matt before lifting him up into the air, turning 180 degrees before slamming Violence down with a powerbomb onto the pile of thumbtacks. Matt Violence moves around and screams of pain escape his lips as hundreds of thumbtacks get embedded in his back and butt cheeks. Rurouni plays to the crowd who boo him which pisses Rurouni off and he climbs the second rope and jaws with the fans.
I don't know if that is smart or not by Rurouni to jaw with the fans. I mean he has Violence laying on his back in thumbtacks he should be going for the pin.
I don't know either Jimmy and it makes me bothered because knowing the history of Matt Violence he has not been beaten enough nor has he bleed enough for Rurouni to be able to waste time, though I would rather he just pins him or makes this match go quicker as I want this over.
