Leaned back against a messy desk, TMZ reporter Donald Carmichael seems far too excited for whatever story he has his hands on. Behind him is an obviously well off office space but messy and tossed around. Across his desk is littered with sticky notes and weird superhero paraphernalia. Facing the camera, Donald obviously appears as though he hasn't slept for days and seems to have slept in his California Republic black hoodie and his blonde hair is messily matted against his head.

With news of the new "Namor the Sub-Mariner" movie in pre-production, rumours have been SWIRLING that Hollywood super agent Howard Bernstein has not only picked up yet another high profile client but he ALSO happens to have the man that's supposed to star as an unknown lead villain!
Always one to dodge questions but hype up his rolodex of millionaire clients, we caught up with Howard outside Beverly Hills sushi bar Matsuhisa to ask him about the rumoured star!
The screen quickly flashes the red TMZ logo across the screen and the signature sound.

Outside the bustling sushi lounge, Howard Bernstein stands with his back to the camera rushing toward him wearing a standard black suit. With a finger in his ear and holding his cell phone up to his other, he does his best to ignore the incoming questions from a reporter who sounds suspiciously like Donald.
Donald Carmichael
Mr. Bernstein! Mr. Bernstein! What are the rumours of one of your client's getting the role of one of the villains in Marvel's upcoming Namor movie? Do we know who exactly the villain will be yet? What of your newest signee? Names have been spinning through the presses! Names such as-
Almost immediately Howard Bernstein drops his phone to his side and spins around to Carmichael and his TMZ camera. With the afternoon Californian sun beading down on his head, Howard looks directly at Donald with his head tilted and a clearly disappointed expression on his face.
Devastatingly good looking, Howard's emotions clearly lie in his face. From his furrowed brow and his pursed lip it isn't hard to see what's racing through his head. Thankfully for his client's though Mr. Bernstein's voice is hard and precise. His tone is slightly slow but with a whimsical twist to it, as if every sentence he says is designed as a carefully placed sound bite. His words like a ballerina on a stage or a magician with a live audience; every raise and drop carefully and intricately thought out.
Howard Bernstein
Oh no, no, no! Honey, you have to know by now that we do not use specific names! Name dropping is a filthy, filthy habit.
Donald Carmichael
Bernstein, what do you-
Howard shakes his head to dismiss Donald before he can continue and raises his hand up to the camera.
Howard Bernstein
Stop right there. I'm going to make myself crystal clear. Under no circumstances am I to discuss the potential happenings of any movie, regardless on if one of my client's is, to no surprise, slated to co-star in what will obviously be one of the biggest blockbusters of all time.
Not only that but to assume you know who I may or may not be representing in the future is just silly. My list of clients is more eclectic than Daniel Day Lewis starring in an Elton John biopic, so I wouldn't worry your precious little head about that.
Donald Carmichael
Howard, you've got to give us a hint! It's known you've got everything from actors and comedians to professional athletes and fighters. You have GOT to give us SOMETHING!
Pausing and staring thoughtfully at the camera, Howard takes what feels like forever to think up a more expected response than anything.
Howard Bernstein
... Hmm... Nope. Don't think so.
Almost on cue, the chorus to "Take a Chance on Me," by ABBA starts ringing from Howard's cellphone. Regardless of the peculiar choice, Howard turns to direct his attention to his phone before signing off with a relatively cryptic answer.
Howard Bernstein
Speaking of which. Would you mind? I have a flight to Concord to catch. Ta-ta!
The feed then cuts out with the signature TMZ sign-off.
