*The ring bell is suspended above the ring and the winner is the first wrestler to climb the ladder and ring the bell. There are 4 trash cans around the ring. One filled with broken glass, one with thumbtacks, one with fish guts and one with sand. Each are glued to the floor so can't just be picked up and emptied. The bell hammer is at the bottom of one of them. The bell can only be rung with the hammer. There are 4 ladders under the ring.

The description's literally in the match card. It's a ladder match with the ring bell suspended over the ring. The hammer to ring it is at the bottom of one of 4 immovable trash cans one containing broken glass, one thumbtacks, one fish guts and one sand respectively. The first person to ring the bell wins. There are 3 ladders under the ring, so my assumption is that we're limited to the use of 3 ladders.
