Okay, so, I really would like to get EVPW opened back up. It doesn't matter to me if we end up getting back most of the members we had or end up only having a few matches every card. In order for that to happen, however, we have to have a strong GM. Here's what it involves
-Setting Cards each week (possibly every other week as we may switch to a biweekly basis to give people more time per card)
-Interacting with members (This can be as simple as hopping in the chat from time to time and checking PM's. You just need to be able to look at and handle any complaints that come through)
-Judging matches. Let's be honest here.. this is the hard part. No matter how crazy people post, you're going to have to read through the entire match and determine a winner. Some of us other folks will be around (Such as Hayden and myself) to help out where and when we're able, but you have to be prepared to handle it on your own if noone is available.
-Dedication. I've seen many GM's up and walk off once the job got a little frustrating. You have to be the kind of person to tough it out and help keep things running.
If anyone thinks they are up for the task, either say so here or pm me. I will have to put you through some tests to make sure you're a good fit, so don't expect to just be handed the keys..
