As TND kicks off, we find Devin Bozz standing at the center of the squared circle, a microphone in hand, commanding a silence about the audience. He raises it to his lips with a smile, prepared to present them with a most interesting announcement.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Decimation. As you may have noticed on the programs for tonight, no matches were arranged formally for this evening, but I assure you it will not be without entertainment... and action. You see, Madhouse is coming up quickly.. and in the spirit of the mayhem it embodies, I have an announcement. That is that the titular match.. will be contested for a brand new title. The Legacy Championship - truly one of our most innovative ideas yet. You see, it's not simply a title.. it's a ticket to greatness. From this moment on, anyone who hold the Decimation Title will be ineligible to compete for the Legacy Championship, preventing a monopoly upon the gold in this business. But to the lucky man... or woman.. who does hold this belt, they will have the opportunity to hand it over at any point to fight the Decimation champion! Any card... anytime. For a long time now, greats of this business such as Rhaps and other legends of this business have vied for the top title and, at times, it has been hard for others to get their foot into the door. Not any longer though! A new day is here and the title scene in EVPW.. the landscape of this company.. is going to change!"

The winner of that contest will handpick the first contestant for the Madhouse match to fight for this title! And in the spirit of the Madhouse match, where contestants will each choose a stipulation to the contest... I will be changing the rules of this contest at intervals without warning. DQ, Pinfalls, submissions, the entire structure can change at a whim! So we're going to see who can adapt tonight. Any and all competitors are entirely welcome, so let's get it underway. And to begin... A simple constant to the festivities... FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE!"
