Rules are simple - Make your cases, argue, just don't get personal or I break out Ban-Mjolnir.

Personally, I have to go with Thor. I have a personal affinity for godly things... But beyond that, the man can literally bring lightning down upon all of his rivals. Ironman's suit would ultimately fail at the shock or overload and crash. Widow and Hawkeye are only human after all, so fried. Hulk is insane and all, but Thor could warp his ass directly to the underworld with the bridge thingy anyhow. And Captain America has a cool shield, but lightning from every direction is still going to toast him.

I'm sorry, but you do remember in the Avenger's movie how much of a puss Thor was about things, right? It wasn't until the Hulk arrived that everyone started fighting back and destroying everything.

I can't be arsed explaining, but rage beats lightning every time.

I'll let Stan Lee, the creator of both character's explain it.
Lee in 2002 described Thor's genesis early in the Marvel pantheon, following the creation of the Hulk:
"How do you make someone stronger than the strongest person? It finally came to me: Don't make him human — make him a god. I decided readers were already pretty familiar with the Greek and Roman gods. It might be fun to delve into the old Norse legends... Besides, I pictured Norse gods looking like Vikings of old, with the flowing beards, horned helmets, and battle clubs."

If the comics are to be believed, Tony Stark has a suit built specially to defeat the rest of the Marvel Universe (though I still think Deadpool killed him when Marvel did the whole "Deadpool fucks everyone up" story). So I'll go with Iron Man.
If it's just the Marvelverse of the films, I'm going with Thor.

In the comics Hulk did well against Thor and in the movie they fought to a draw. I'd put my money on Hulk though, because the angrier he gets the stronger he gets, and it is said Hulk can destroy planets at his maximum levels of anger. In WWH, he was able to sink the East Coast with just his footsteps, and in another comic he destroyed an asteroid twice the size of earth. In the Avengers movie Hulk fought Thor to a stalemate, but in doing so made Thor bleed a little bit. Also take into consideration that Thor is not a god, he is technically a demigod (his mother Jord was a giantess of uncultivated, primitive and unpopulated Earth and his dad is Odin leader of the Aesir spirits and lord of Asgard), Ironman even described Thor as a demigod in the tower scene confrontation with Loki.
In a fight to the death Hulk would likely get angrier and angrier as the battle goes on, because no matter how much he puts Thor though, Thor would be able to take it and dish out some as well, until Hulk gets angry enough to finally break him. Getting struck by lighting would just piss Hulk off more, and in the movie when Thor bashed him in the head with the hammer full blast it only dazed Hulk a little bit and pissed him off even more.
