During this weeks Decimation show during one of the slotted commercial breaks this time for some puppy dog food, before going back to the show a breaking news story comes on with the local news team from the area.
I am Belly Buster and this is my partner Bob Neal with local news 7 and we interrupt our regularly scheduled program to bring you this important news story Bob.
Thank you Belly yes It has been reported that a tragic accident has broken out at a local wrestling show in Kyoto Japan. The accident happened at 10:30 am local time. The news coming out of Kyoto is that while a ring crew for a wrestling company called Neo Japan Pro Wrestling which is owned by Terry Jones who many of you may know as the famous wrestler who wrestled for GHW known as Hawkeye were setting up in the Kaboshindo arena. One of the pyrotechnics malfunctioned and blew up destroying part of the arena and injuring 10 people. The show for tonight has been canceled and refunds have been issued to those fans who bought tickets to the show.
Local firefighters received the call shortly after the accident happened and by the time they got on the scene and put the fire out, the inside of the Kabsohindo arena was severely damaged and smoke covered. Police are investigating but are treating it as an accident and don't expect that it was deliberately set in order to bring ruin to NJPW which has reportedly fallen on hard times from various news reports. When reached for a comment about what happened, Hawkeye had no comment to make. We will follow this news story and keep you abreast as new events surface. This has been Local News 7 special report we now return you to our regularly scheduled program.
The news report ends As Decimation returns during the Kade Samuels vs Shawn Dreamer match.
