Kazue Makoto is seen alone in the backstage area. Tears running down her face after the fight broke out between her husband and Raye. She runs into the wall, weeping uncontrollably.
Kazue:
Nazedesu ka? Naze kore ga anata ni okotte iru? Watashi no ai, anata ni nani ga okotta no ka?(Why? Why is this happening to you? My love, what has happened to you?)
She puts her hand to the wall, as if touching the soft, caring face of the man she loves.
Kazue:
Naze SM rei wa, kono h?h? de shutoku suru nodeshou ka? Nani ga kare no kokoro ni akuma o yokusei suru tame ni kenmei ni tatakatta hito ni nani ga okotta? Watashi ga aishite iru hito wa dokodesu ka?(Why does SM Raye get you this way? What happened to the man who fought so hard to suppress the demon in his heart? Where is the man that I love?)
Kazue looks into the distant darkness, reaching her hand out as if trying to touch someone.
Kazue:
Kudasai... Tada... Watashi ni modotte kite kudasai!(Please... Just... Please come back to me!)

A haunting voice comes from behind her as the Mistress of Macabre appears from nowhere.
"Seems to me the Goddess of Japan is feeling a very mortal sting..."
Amanda plays with her dark locks as she smiles at Kazue knowingly.
"Be 'onest poppet... Is it the attention or the fact you are failing your 'usband that is getting to you?"

Kazue turns to the voice, her eyes bloodshot from crying. Upon seeing the Dark Princess, she scurries away from her a bit.
Kazue:
W-What do you want?
Kazue listens to her accusations of failing her husband and the lack of attention. She ponders the question a little and brings her knees to her chest.
Kazue:
What do you mean... No! NO! I haven't failed him. It's Raye's fault this is happening! If he didn't come in to Chris' life, none of this would be happening!
Kazue digs her head into her knees, a new wave of tears run over her as the Black Mistress stands over her.

"There is doubt in your voice child... I speak the truth and you know it... You are failing because you seen the reaction yet are doing nothing... You are letting your jealousy of Raye take control..."
Amanda runs her fingers through Kazue's hair like a cool breeze through the leafy branches of a Spring tree.
"It is not SM Raye that you blame... It is yourself for not making yourself the top priority in 'is life... Chris's demon will rise because you are not doing your job poppet... You are not acting like the wife 'e needs... You are not being the goddess 'e pictures you as..."
As Kazue's sobs echo in her ears Amanda lets out a joyful laugh.
"You are failing like your mother did your father..."

Kazue lifts her head from her knees, anger written across her fact. She slaps Amanda across the face, leaving a very noticeable red mark on the Dark Empress' face.
Kazue:
How dare you bring up my parents like that! They did nothing wrong! They were the ideal parents...
She again buries her head, upset about everything that is happening.
Kazue:
Chris left in order to heal... I stayed here, believing he just needed to be alone. I didn't fail him! He always knows I'm right there beside him, no matter what is going on... I love him... I know he loves me... This is Raye's fault! I'm not jealous of that baka*! He is ruining everything that me and Chris worked for! Why... Why are you here? What do you want with me anyway?
*Baka is a more slang term for idiot.

Amanda laughs as she feels the sting from the slap and stares at Kazue as if she is little more than meet on the hoof. The red mark on her face grows darker as the time passes.
"Baka is 'e? Well that baka as you call 'im knows 'ow to get under your 'usband's skin... Doesn't 'e?"
The Devil's Favorite reject stares into those dark eyes of the Goddess and smirks.
"Ideal compared to Chris's per'aps... Or do you not know about the abuse 'e suffered from them? The years of exile and physical trauma... The years of feeling unloved... O' yes poppet... Ideal in what way?"

Kazue looks at Amanda, her own eyes growing distant.
Kazue:
Yes, Raye does know how to get under Chris' skin. What does that have to do with anything?
Kazue looks at Amanda still. Her posture relaxing and her sobbing stopped.
Kazue:
I know Chris' past. I know that he had a terrible childhood. It's what has caused issues in our relationship in the past. But still... What does that have to do with what is going on now? He also knows I had a good childhood. It's why I want to help him. It's why he sees me the way he does. I'm his light.

Kazue slides away from Amanda after the peck, her eyes wide in shock as she tries to understand what Amanda had said.
Kazue:
W-what are you talking about? Who are you, anyway? What do you mean "You and Chris, whether you see it or not, are my children now"? What does that even mean?
A frightened expression creeps over the beautiful visage of Kazue as she tries to understand the Dark Princess.

The Dragon's Goddess sits in confusion. "Haha wa saik? no shitte iru" (Mother knows best) runs through her mind. As she tries to decipher the meaning of the words. She doesn't react to the Twisted Princess walking away, running her hand through the Japanese woman's hair. As her footsteps fade into the darkness, Kazue is once again left alone. After a few moments, she snaps back to reality and looks around as her name is being called from the darkness.
Kazue:
Nani?(What?)
Out of the darkness, Chris Pyro emerges. His expression changed from one of hatred he had out in the ring with Raye to one of concern.
Chris:
Watashi ga koko ni modottekita mae ni sugata o keshi, watashi wa anata o sagashite imashita.(You disappeared before I got back here and I was looking for you.)
Chris looks into Kazue's eyes. He sees a coldness quickly slip away.
Chris:
Daij?bu subete, Kazue?(Everything alright, Kazue?)
Kazue looks at her husband, and puts on a heart warming smile.
Kazue:
Hai! Subete ga daij?budesu! Anata wa, naze kiku no?(Yes! Everything is alright! Why do you ask?)
Kazue tilts her head to the side as the last words escape her. Seeing that his wife seems to be just fine, he smiles and takes her hand as they both walk away. Kazue turns her head to look down the dark path that Amanda went, still trying to understand her comments.
