The stands are empty in the GHW arena, the crowds long since dissipated after the inaugural and final Rise of the Wrestlers PPV. The crowning of Jaggeroth as the final GHW champion is already etched into the history books, the final hurrah for the long-serving promotion. But for three determined young challengers, life takes a turn for the worse. Dustin Delta is left to rue the missed opportunities in his years of service to the company while Wolverina is stricken by grief at the conclusion of her most personal of rivalries with the Psycho King.
But for the third challenger, the disappointment is too severe. Having defeated his mentor to become GHW champion, Mighty Man Millson was on top of the world. His dream had been realised and his ego had welled up, only for him to lose the title after 2 months. Rise of the Wrestlers was his last chance to leave an everlasting memory of his GHW title reign, but having fallen at the final hurdle, Millson had refused to leave the arena, merely sitting in the centre of the squared circle as the crowd file out and the surrounding scenery is disassembled.
MMM watches as the crew head backstage, prepared to take the ring apart once the Mighty Man leaves. Alone with his thoughts, Millson hauls himself wearily to his feet and cranes his neck backwards, staring into the sky.
I'm the greatest wrestler to ever live. And I'm going to go to EVPW and prove it once again. WRESTLING! is coming back to Eagle Vision!
Stony-faced and determined, the Mighty Man hits the canvas and rolls out of the ring, making his way up the entrance ramp until he reaches the curtain, whereupon he turns to face the ring for a final time. One nod of approval and resolution, before Millson exits the stage for the final time.
