It had been such a long trip to get here, but it was well worth it. Green orbs gazed nonchalantly at the passing scenery as the taxi cab raced toward its destination. Platinum blonde hair danced on the wind as it slithered passed the open window and slender digits fiddled with the thick straps of a duffel bag, nervousness nipping at every muscle in the traveler’s body. She couldn’t believe she had been invited by The Canadian Samurai and his wife to visit them in their home in Japan, not to meantion the fact that they had paid for everything. The rookie wrestler was quite surprised that the seasoned samurai had any interest in befriending her, but was very pleased by the prospect. Bella Morte squealed gleefully and wiggled in her seat; she had never been out of California or out of the country.
Finally the vehicle came to a stop in front of a whimsical Japanese home. The driver opened the door and Miss Morte sprang forth like a horse onto the racing track. The fair haired diva handed some cash to the driver and bowed courteously before turning her attention to the adventure unfolding before her. The taxi pulled away and the tattooed beauty stood just outside of the yard, mouth open and eyes wide in awe of the beauty of Chris Pyro’s home. Cherry blossoms danced on the spring breeze, their perfume flooding Bella’s nostrils, Kazue’s garden was quite impressive and Bella can’t help but feel a bit out of place in her leather jacket and acid wash jeans.
“Here we go,” she her hands bounced on either side of her hips and she sighed deeply. Miss Morte ran her fingers through her hair and removed her leather jacket, leaving her in a simple white muscle shirt. She then drew in another relaxing breath, folding her jacket over her arm, hefty bag slung over her other shoulder and she knocked on their front door.

Kazue walks through the traditional Japanese home, checking each room to ensure it's presentation is done properly. She is wearing a plain kimono, her hair tied back into a tight pony tail. Unknowingly, she runs into Chris, who has a smile on his face as he wraps his arms around his wife. Chris is wearing just a plain black kimono and his hair loose, his sword strapped to his waist.
Chris: Would you calm down?
Kazue smiles as she cuddles in her husbands arms.
Kazue: I'm sorry. I just want to make sure everything looks perfect for our guest.
Chris smiles as he grips he shoulders and pushes her back so he can look into her eyes. Kazue smiles at her reassuring husband.
Chris: It looks as it should. As long as her room is prepared, all will be fine.
Just as the words leave the Samurai's lips, a knock at the door can be heard. Chris gestures for Kazue to lead the way, following suit close behind. She opens the door and smiles as she sees their house guest, Bella at the door.
Kazue: Welcome to our home, happy you were able to make it. We have a room prepared for you if you'd like to go freshen up.
Kazue steps aside as to allow their guest to walk in. Chris bows his head in welcome to their guest.

As the door opened a warm smile swept across her features, her nerves instantly relaxing at the sight of the beautiful couple smirking back at her, and words came flooding out of her mouth enthusiastically, “thank you so much for having me, I can’t tell you how much this means, I mean I’ve never been anywhere before and this is so exciting! I’ve always dreamt of coming to Japan; thank you so much.”
Bella curtsied graciously at each of them, pinching the corners of an imaginary dress as she does so, “ a room of my own, wow, I suppose I should settle in and change…”the fair haired diva followed Kazue through the well lit home, eyes scanning every inch as the two women sauntered down the halls together. Miss Morte drank in all of the intriguing sights the house had to offer; Kazue’s angelic kimono, the natural light filtering through the screens and breath taking calligraphy work. The tattooed vixen cleared her throat and pointing at one of the art pieces addressed Kazue, “did Chris do any of these?”
They stopped at what she assumed to be her room, Kazue and Bella bowed, “thank you, Kazue,” and then disappeared behind the sliding door. She placed her bag on the floor, unzipped its wide mouth and withdrew a pale green sundress. Miss Morte quickly removed her pants and tshirt and replaced them with the lace of her knee length gown. Bella then exited the room and rejoined them, “so, what drove you to invite me to your humble abode?”

Kazue giggles at seeing the excitement in the young new comer in visiting their home. They approach a piece of calligraphy, Kazue admires it along with Bella.
Kazue: This one my husband did do. We have a gallery here filled with the works of my husband, along with others from famous painters.
When they reach the room, Kazue watches as Bella walks in and waits for her. After a few moments she re-emerges in her new clothes. Kazue's eyes gleam at the sight, admiring her dress.
Kazue: Bella, you look beautiful in that dress!
Chris rejoins the group, and also takes a moment, listening to Bella's question.
Chris: I felt we kind of got off on the wrong foot the other day, with the way I treated Ethan, and my aggressiveness with that man at the bar. I also heard that you had never left the country, so I thought you'd enjoy an adventure.
Kazue walks to her husbands side and gestures to the artwork on the wall that she and Bella talked about a moment ago.
Kazue: She enjoyed the artwork on the wall there.
Chris smiled, enjoying the fact someone else admired his work.
Chris: Thank you, Bella. I have many others. Calligraphy, paintings of mythological creatures. If you'd like to see them, or have any other questions, just ask.

Bella blushes furiously at Kazue’s compliment, “as if I could hold a candle to you Kazue, you look gorgeous in your kimono, so elegant.”
Her fingers fiddled with the bottom of her dress and she glanced about her curiously, still a bit bewildered as to what the three of them were to do. Her blue green eyes widened and she turned her gaze back to the couple. The blonde bombshell smiled sweetly to Chris, “it’s okay, I know there’s probably history there and I can’t really be mad at you for feeling the way you do. I just like to give people the benefit of the doubt and try and be friendly with everyone. And yes, I’ve never really been anywhere very exciting… Except for San Francisco, does that count?”
Miss Morte’s eyes scan the walls again, inspecting the pieces of art on display, “It’s nice to see we have mutual interests. I’d love to show you some of my work sometime. I dabble in painting, but my passion is tattooing.”
"So... What do we have planned for this evening?

Kazue smiles at the compliment paid to her by Bella. She looks over to her husband, as Bella talks about her interest in art.
Chris: I would love to see your art. Maybe even display here in my home, if you're interested. As for plans, if you are ready, we can head out to a tea house.
Chris motions for the ladies to lead, following behind them. A little while later, they arrive at the tea house, and walk in. The proprietor of the tea house recognizes Kazue and Chris, rushing up to them.
Proprietor: Masut?kurisu, Kazue, kangei. Watashi wa anata ga gesuto o motte sansh? shite kudasai, anata no itsumo no t?buru o go kib??(Master Chris, Kazue, welcome. I see you have a guest, would you like your usual table?)
Chris nods his head, as they are then lead to the table. They are seated, as Chris looks towards Bella.
Chris: So, why professional wrestling?

"That would be nice Pyro; I can show you some of my work when we’re back in Concord. I’ve got paintings and such all over the house. And then we can talk about whether or not you actually want some of my work in your home,” Miss Morte laughed, but immediately lit up at the announcement of their plans.
“Oh my, I can’t wait; I’ve always wanted to go to a tea house!”
The ride there had felt like a life time, each second before their arrival seemed to last a lifetime. Bella’s eyes grew wide like the sparkling orbs of a child in a candy store as they entered the establishment. Every inch of the tea house beckoned her to gaze upon its wonder; the breath taking décor, the elegant geisha, and the merry patrons. The tattooed beauty felt so utterly enthralled that she may have jumped out of her flesh at any moment, “thank you so much, Chris and Kazue, I can’t believe any of this is actually happening…”
She followed after them and slid in to her seat, grinning in response to Chris’ question, well, I grew up with two brothers, an absent mother and a attentive father. I guess you could say the male influence was unavoidable. As a child my brothers and I would watch wrestling together for hours and I've always like rough housing with them... Eventually it evolved into a passion for wrestling. I like to wrestle, because in a lot of ways it makes me feel like a kid again... Tumbling around, trying to defeat my big brother."
A beautiful woman clad in the finest red kimono wandered onto the stage wielding a shamisen. She settled onto her knees and placed the instrument in her lap before beginning to play the apparatus expertly. The fair haired minx smiled, returning her attention to Chris, "Same question.... and follow up question; how did you two fall in love?"

Chris smiled at the excitement in the tattooed vixens eyes as she looks at everything in stark amazement. He listens intently to her story as the shamisen player approaches them and begins playing. Kazue blushes at Bella's request that after he tells her his story of pro wrestling interest, he answer the question of their love life.
Chris: My story of why I started professional wrestling isn't as interesting as yours. My parents abused me and my younger brother for years. It was a brutal cycle with them. Whenever they weren't home, which was constant when they weren't beating us, we'd sneak into their room and happened on a program. The larger then life superstars, the love the fans gave... It all just made for a strong escape from the reality I was forced to live with. As I grew older, I found that I started to pay more attention to the ring work rather than the stories. I fell in love with the idea of wrestling as it could take me away from what I knew.
Chris took a moment to gather himself, hating to relive his past, even if it is for the sake of a story.
Chris: As for me and Kazue...
He looked at his beautiful wife and smiled, knowing how much his life had changed.
Chris: Wasn't all rainbows and sunshine. We met a few years ago, while I was touring Japan for a promotion. I brought her with me to GHW for a while, but my issues with my past prevented me from getting close to her and I ended up pushing her away in the name of vengeance. About a year ago, I needed a change. I came back to Japan, not for wrestling but for soul searching. I heard that she was in Sendai, so I went and looked for her. She beat me to it, and found me. We fell in love after I had finally come to peace with my past. We married shortly after and then it has been all rainbows and sunshine.
Chris leans back, enjoying the sound of the shamisen. Then a man comes over to the table with a letter. He hands it to Chris, who reads it intently. Kazue looks to Bella and smiles.
Kazue: Feel free to order whatever you please. This is all on us, as a treat.
Chris stands to his feet, and rests his hand on Kazue's shoulder.
Chris: Pardon me, ladies. I will be back shortly, something has been brought to my attention that I need to deal with quickly. I won't be long.
Chris walks with the man who had handed him the letter, talking once they are out of ear shot of the patrons.
Kazue: So, what is the story between you and... What was his name? Ethan Hawke?

Miss Morte shook her head in awe, a sad playing on her doll like features. The green eyed girl listened intently to Pyro’s story, “not as interesting as mine? …. I beg to differ my friend, though I may go as far as to say your story has a much darker tone than mine. I’m sorry for your past… And the way your parents treated you.”
Her hand slid over the top of his in an attempt to comfort the Canadian samurai, seeing the pain on his face as he recalled his past. Though, it didn’t take long for the pain to dissolve as Chris began speaking of his relationship with his beautiful wife. The fair haired beauty listened fixedly, her emerald orbs darting between Kazue and Chris as he shared the story of their love, “well I am very happy for the both of you… It is hard to find love and respect; now most of all.”
At Kazue’s coxing, Bella waved the waiter over to their table, “a large hot sake please. Would you like anything Kazue-Chan?”
The man bowed graciously and scampered off to retrieve their order. She smiled and returned her attention to the couple. Miss Morte nodded as Chris excused himself from the table and turned to address Kazue’s question, “he’s a very nice person that I met on my first day at EVPW. I like him a lot and hope we can get to know each other… But there isn’t much more to say than that. He may expect certain things from me, most men do, but right now I just want to get to know him. It takes more than a day for me to have more than a few words to say about someone… Why do you ask?”

Kazue smiles, as Bella explains herself.
Kazue: You two seemed to have such a good connection when we last saw you, that it seemed like something was going on between you two.
Kazue looks to their server.
Kazue: Two green teas.
He bowed and went off to gather the order. Chris Pyro returns to the table and takes his seat.
Chris: Hope you girls weren't gossiping about me too much.
The server returns and gives the cups to the respective customers, pouring the tea for Kazue and Pyro and the sake for Bella.
Chris: I did have an ulterior motive for inviting you out here, and that message was jsut to confirm my concerns. There are a group of men and women coming to EVPW that are very dangerous for the integrity of the company. They are from GHW and could pose a threat to EVPW. My reason for telling you this, is that I am forming a group to oppose the merger, and defend the honour of EVPW. You are someone I would like to have along side me for this fight. Are you interested?

Bella blushed wildly at Kazue's statement, "I mean I really like him, I just don't know him very well... I'd like to get to know him...I don't want to rush into anything. It's all a bit much to process right now, what with starting a new job in a new place..."
The shade of her cheeks darkened ten fold as Chris returned to the table, "oh no Mr. Pyro, of course not." She giggled and gave Kazue a look that said, we'll talk girl talk later.
However, the mirth drained from her expression at The Canadian Samurai's proposition and she gave the dragon a grave look, "I'm sorry... So sorry," Miss Morte bowed her head and stared at her twiddling thumbs, "I just can't. It wouldn't be right. I can't alienate a group of people who haven't done anything wrong, they've done nothing to deserve this. It's going to be hard enough for them, trying to assimilate into a new environment, without people trying to send them packing."
Bella pushed her chair back with a screech and stood. She withdrew her wallet and threw a fifty dollar bill on the table, "I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors Chris, I know you're an honorable person... Perhaps a bit rash at times.... I wont join your cause. I hope you'll forgive me, I'm going to take my leave."
She turned and started toward the exit, but then whirled around, "But Chris... Kazue... I've always got your back."
Miss Morte exited the restaraunt, hailing a cab and heading to the house to pack her things.
