Ryu Yoshikazu doesn't have to wait long, as Liam charges out of the audience, slides under the rope, then with fists of rage attacks the Japanese superstar. First with a right fist to the neck, quickly followed by a left jab to the kidneys. Ryu staggers towards the corner turnbuckle in shock at the sudden attack. BOOM!. Echoes of flesh on turnbuckle making everyone cringe in there seats as Ryu's head violently bounces off the padding severely whip lashing his neck. Lifting his opponent on to the second rope, Liam pancakes the Saitama resident who squirms around in agony from the impact of his spine on the canvas. Not giving an inch of room to get his breath, the Irish bastard stomps the daylights out of the chest and ribs, only stopping when Batilda threatens to disqualify him. Liam gets another warning which he just shrugs off, when he shoves the referee aside, drags Ryu to the rope and props him face first.
Come on now, you son of a ... There was no provocation or need for that attack. Well the match was for Ryu verse who ever wanted to fight. And obviously Liam wanted to fight.[/i]
Stepping backwards before a quick step towards Yoshikazu, O'Donnell attempts to stomp the lower back, but it goes horrendously wrong when Ryu drags himself outside the ring leaving Liam to be caught groin first on the rope. Bent over gasping for vital oxygen, Ryu finally takes a moment to look who is assailant is. Shaking his head, but up for the challenge hem quickly launches back into the fray, easily dodges a wildly directed boot, rolls to his feet, and before the Irish man even knows where the agile Japanese went gets a boot to the temple which finds its mark like a laser guided missile. Dropping like a sack of potatoes, Liam falls lifeless, the audience cheering on his demise. Ryu grabs O'Donnells leg in between his own legs and arms so that Liams kneecap points towards the body. Pushing the hips forward, the Irish mans leg is straightened, which further leverages and hyperextends the knee.
That looks somewhat sexy, both men intertwined on the ground, mind if I take a closer look ? Don't make me hog tie you again Ray ... You would like that wouldn't you Jim ? Me all toed up and helpless ... For the love of ... Shut your damn mouth. If you want to live through the rest of this week with out a health problem, just zip it. Better yet, if you don't shut your mouth, I will send you, all expense paid to a Texas brothel with a bondage experience like you will never forget, then see how you like to be tied up.[/i][/color]
Through determination more than anything, Liam claws at the canvas using his upper body strength, then with a final struggle barely takes hold of the bottom rope forcing Batilda to stop the submission. Driving the heel of his boot to the chest, Ryu releases the knee bar, hopefully the effect of the hold injuring, or inhibiting the movement of the leg. Clutching behind the knee, Liam mumbles something incoherent while dragging himself out of the ring to recuperate. Taking a deep breath while laying back first, the cruiser weight kips up with perfect ease of balance back to his feet. Meanwhile outside the ring, the heavyweight from Belfast is seen talking to his infamous manager Seth who gives advice on how to better a former aerialist like himself. Seeing the opportune moment as the referee counts, Ryu launches towards the ropes, ricochets off the top, spins and lands an impressive picture perfect, Topé con Giro to both wrestler and manager who land awkwardly with a grinning Ryu laying spine first on top of both. On their feet and screaming wildly at the impressive display of agility and aerialist style of wrestling, the Eagle Vision fans shake their posters and foam hands while not caring that they are spilling there drinks or pop corn, just getting the proverbial money's worth entertainment.

Post by Ryu Yoshikazu on Apr 13, 2012 23:43:30 GMT -4
Yoshikazu slowly climbs back to his feet, the confident smile fading away like the end of a horizon, meanwhile sweat cascades from his dark brown hair. He takes a deep breath, filling his lungs back with air after they were drained due to the death-defying maneuver he previously executed to take out his foe. The aforementioned antagonist, Liam O'Donnell slowly begins to stir, his vision blurred, and his thoughts clouded, everything seeming vague and unrecognizable, likely affects of the two hundred pound frame of Japanese design crashing down on his cerebellum. Meanwhile, Batilda Kihlstedt vehemently demands that the two competitors bring the action back inside the confines of the squared circle. As his count commences Ryu attempts to lift his adversary back to a state of full verticality. From here is where the belligerent Irishman takes advantage, rising from his knees and raking at his opponent's eyes. With his vision immediately impaired Ryu turns away, allowing O'Donnell to exploit his condition. With a handful of the Asian spitfire's tights he tosses him forward, sending his head and shoulder crashing into the turnbuckle post. The steel structure has absolutely no give, as Yoshi's flesh wrinkles from the devastating collision. Its now a count of five and the tables have turned, with Liam standing tall, salivating at the mouth, reveling at his own work. The recipient of the underhanded tactic, and subsequent attack, the Japanese Wrestling Machine, sprawling on the padded floor and writhing in agony.
Ray: "O'Donnell has looked impressive here. Last time we saw Ryu, he upset Bryan Hawk. Tonight karma seems to be in full effect!" JP: "Don't count out Yoshikazu Ray. This is the same man who beat Krylon, and Demon in the same match." "Are you saying you don't believe in the karma theory?" "No I believe it, how else can I explain being paired with you as a commentator."
Taking the advice from his manger, O'Donnell quickly lifts Ryu up before tossing him back inside the ring. He re-enters himself, quickly going for a cover, but Ryu kicks out before the referee can even make the count. His will to win and tenacity angers the Irishman, who lifts him to his feet. Liam turns his back to his foe and reaches behind him, executing a three-quarter facelock. With the cravate applied he knees down and drags Yoshi forward, coercing him over his shoulder and slamming him into the canvas supinely. From there the onslaught continues as he wraps an arm around Ryu's chin and clasps his hands together; the reverse chinlock is expertly applied, looking to cut the blood flow to the Asian's brain and cause cerebral ischemia, if not just gain the submission victory.
"Chinlock applied, Ryu may be forced to tap out here due to the immense pressure being exerted." "Great strategy, work on the head and then stroke it until it starts to fizzle out." "That's disgusting Ray.' "I suppose seeing saliva sputter out someone's mouth would be."
It doesn't take long for Yoshikazu's mug to turn purple, his teeth gritting as the oxygen levels to his brain begin to deplete. His eyes grow weary, but his ambition and the competitive spirit burning within him won't allow him to be submitted. Conceding, and succumbing to the pressure is not an option as maneuvers onto his chest before lifting up to his knees. O'Donnell maintains the hold as both superstars reach a vertical base, appearing in no hurry to relinquish his submission. Seeing as his freedom will not be willfully granted, Ryu takes matters into his own hand, blasting his adversary in the midsection with repeated elbow strikes. Time after time his elbow burrows into Liam's solar plexus, forcing him to release his grip, liberating the Cruiserweight's head. The tenure in the chinlock however had taken its tole on him, as he wobbles in place, appearing as if inebriated. Smelling blood in the water, O'donnell hastily grapples Yoshi's head, quickly laying into him with a blistering forearm shot, scoring with the European Uppercut, a lethal strike he likely learned fighting in the mean streets of Belfast, if not all of Ireland. Ryu's head ricochets back from the impact, yet despite the collision of forearm and chin he remains on his feet, albeit stumbling in place. His doesn't stay upright for long however, as the Irishman's knee and the Asian's gut are acquainted. The meeting ends with Yoshikazu doubling over, prompting O'Donnell to dash across the ring. As he rebounds Yoshikazu leans up, and what transpires after than is oddly interesting. Liam's momentum comes to a screeching halt, as Ryu's arm protrudes. He subsequently yells "STOP" vociferously, the gesture mimicking that of a traffic official, and the desired effect just as similar. Whatever caused the Irishman to oblige was the very same thing that sparked his downfall; in the blink of an eye he was somersaulting forward, a consequence for his cranium clashing with the Asian Cruiserweight's boot. The sound that reverberated throughout the arena, as well as O'Donnells head, was the impact of a well executed, accurate and precise Step Up Enzuigiri meeting its mark. The temple damaging kick had shifted the momentum of the match in an instant, and sent the arena into a frenzy, awe-struck by what just took place, and shook to their core upon witnessing the stiffness, and viciousness of the aforementioned strike.
"Liam O'Donnell just fell for the oldest trick in the book. And my God did he pay for it." "He was caught admiring Ryu's perfectly sculpted figure. I would have done the same thing in his position." "I doubt he was fulfilling homosexual fantasies before having his head kicked off his shoulders Ray. I really do. "Well we'll never know what he was doing, because the amnesia inducing Enzuigiri he just ate will prevent us from getting the truth out of him."
Both men lie motionless on the canvas, chests pulsating, panting heavily, appearing battle weary due to the grueling bout. Batilda stands between the two competitors, beginning his ten count, a count which will determine who has the most gas left in the tank, and the greatest desire to emerge victorious on this edition of Saturday Night Knockout.
