Music continues to roar through the bar as the patrons continue to mosh to the music being screamed at them by Trix and her band, Roargasm. The song comes to an end and Trix announces a five minute recess. Rhaps' eyes suddenly shoot up to the clock, swearing under his breath as he sees the time. He hops over the bar instantly and worms his way to the stage, pushing through the crowd of party revellers on his route. He walks over to the microphone, nodding to KingBear and Random Hippie Dude as they enter the bar and work their way to the right hand side of the room where the ring is illuminated by a series of lights. Rhaps taps the microphone in front of gingerly, causing hundreds of eyes to turn to face the Safety Ranger. He smiles awkwardly and offers a little wave before he begins talking.
Rhaps: Well, I just have to welcome everyone here tonight and thank you all for your support for coming and making this a successful opening night. Now, Wednesday Night Genesis is scheduled to start in a few short moments. KingBear and Random Hippie Dude are getting wired in and Izzy's ready so without further ado, I'd like to officially announce that this week's WNG match card is underway and the first match is to be broadcast from this very building.
Rhaps nods, earning a few cheers from the enthusiastic crowd. Rhaps points to the guys by the sound system. They nod and they place a CD in the system, ready to hit play at the signal. Rhaps cranes his neck over to the ring area as Izzy steps into the ring, waving to begin the show. The cameras around the ring burst into life and KingBear's voice can be heard as he welcomes the EVPW viewers to another edition of Wednesday Night Genesis.
KingBear: And welcome to everyone who's tuning in this week to watch Eagle Vision Pro Wrestling. We've got a slight change this week to our viewing schedule. The first four matches of this week's card will take place in a bar just opened in Concord called the Mosh Pit where we'll bring you the action tonight for the first half of tonight's show.
Random Hippie Dude: And Dude, this is so cool. Trix is rocking her stuff with her band tonight and we couldn't have chosen a better bar to do it in. I mean, I get to listen to heavy metal screamed out all night man. This is like heaven or some sort of weird voodoo curse, except everything's good about it man.
Rhaps jumps from the stage, satisfied that the show has begun successfully. He moves over to the bar to check on everything, keeping one eye on the action in the ring. Izzy moves up the ring steps and clambers through the ropes, a microphone held tightly in her hand. She stands in the centre of the squared circle, a spot light illuminating her from above. She raises the microphone to her mouth as she makes her first announcement of the night.
Izzy: Hello and welcome to the Mosh Pit, venue to the first four matches on tonight's Wednesday Night Genesis card. Tonight's first match is a no disqualification match and is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first and making his way to the ring. Hailing from Canterbury, England and weighing in tonight at 219 pounds. He is the High Flying, Death Defying, Rhapsifying SIC Maniac and the owner of the Mosh Pit Bar, Rhaps.
Rhaps points towards the stage in the main bar, earning a nod in return. Nobody by Skindred blasts through the sound system, causing the customers to begin thrashing their limbs around in a frenzy. The mosh pit directly in front of the stage becomes a hive of activity as dozens of people throw themselves around excitedly. Rhaps laughs at the spectacle as he worms his way through the crowd towards the ring, where Izzy is waiting. After a few seconds he spills out from amongst the people amassed in the bar, walking over to the ring steps. People pile onto the wooding seating set up around the ring, fighting to get a seat and a good view as Rhaps climbs up the ring steps and ducks through the ropes. The Rhapsitastic One shakes Izzy's hand before climbing the nearest turnbuckle and throwing his hands up into the air. He salutes the crowd as they notice the psychedelic ring attire. He is wearing a bright orange shirt with yellow spots splashed all over it and knee length shorts to match. Rhaps' excitement ebbs slightly as he jumps back to the canvas and leans against the ropes, waiting for his opponent for tonight.

Just the the CD switches out from Skindred and another is placed in, the system buzzing a second before the track is found and the first burst of power chords of his opponent's music plays throughout the bar. With another burst of power chords, a man is noticed swiveling around in his seat at the bar, sitting there and tossing a shot back before standing and walking towards the ring. The crowd seems to part a bit at the sight of the raven haired man, his purple highlights shining out in the lights of the bar and a glint coming off of his Oakley sunglasses. He smooths down his black "Solid Core Wrestling" shirt and feels his "Criminal Damage Black Cargo Shorts" rub lightly below his knees as he walks. As the song "Shut Me Up by Mindless Self Indulgence" plays along, he slides his thumbs into his pockets, showing his black gunner gloves and his feet are adorned with a new pair of "Anarchic White Skull Skate Shoes" fresh from a local Hot Topic. He stops as he makes it to the ring and rubs his chin, looking up at his opponent for the night and smiles.
::Mindless Self Indulgence:: "The Bass The Rock The Mic The Treble I Like My Coffee Black Just Like My Metal!"
As the first line is said and then repeats, the man brushes his fingers through his hair before he walks forward and to the ring steps. He walks up them quickly and hops over top of the top rope. He lands easily and cracks his knuckles lightly, walking over to Izzy and taking his sunglasses off. He places them across her eyes before walking to his corner.
::Izzy Wright:: "And his opponent for tonight, the SIC Open Challenger! He hails from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and weighs in at one hundred and seventy nine pounds. He is The Insane Angel, Alex Stall!"
Alex walks up and shakes Rhaps' hand, showing him the respect he deserves before walking back to his corner once again and hopping up onto the middle rope. He lifts his hands out to the side before bringing his hands together in the shape of wings. He then does a back moonsault into the middle of the ring and hears the cheers from the fans awaiting the show to start.

The Rhapsitastic One and The Insane Angel stand in the squared circle, their eyes unmoving as they look at each other whilst the ring bell sounds in the backgrounds. The Mosh Pit revellers begin screaming vehemently as the match gets underway whilst both EVPW superstars remain still in the ring. Neither man moves a fraction of an inch, stark contrast to the madness of hundreds of people thrashing themselves around at the music still booming dully in the bar next to the ring. The inactivity abruptly ends as Rhaps and Alex begin circling the ring, keeping a vast amount of space between each other as endless ideas race through both men's minds at how to gain the upper hand and inflict punishment on the other. Alex's eyes scan left and he sees the dull glint of the custom title belt made for the winner of the SIC invitational. He looks at it almost hungrily, contemplating the prize. Rhaps rushes forwards immediately, taking advantage of the Insane Angel's distraction. The bigger man just his arm out to one side as he bears down on Alex, his face grim and determined. Alex's attention snaps back to the action in the ring immediately, falling to the canvas beneath him as Rhaps wildly swings his arm over his head, the attempted clothesline attempt missing its target by a clear margin.
Alex turns on the spot, fire coursing through his system as he bunches his right hand into a fist and swings wildly at the Safety Ranger. Rhaps exhibits his own lightning quick reactions as he bows his head forwards, Alex's hand sweeping in a wide arc through the air as he misses his opponent entirely. Before Alex can react, Rhaps loops his arms around the smaller man's waist, a look of anticipation on his face as he heaves backwards, catapulting his opponent over his head. Alex flips and contorts his body as he sails through the air, caught momentarily by surprise by the German Suplex. Amazingly he lands on his feet, his knees buckling as the momentum carries him downwards but managing to maintain his balance. Rhaps cuts through the air once more, his arm thrust out to one side as he sweeps his arm in a wide arc towards Alex. The Insane Angel throws his weight forwards, sinking low to the canvas as he avoids yet another clothesline attempt from the SIC Maniac, earning a spatter of applause and sporadic cheers from the spectators huddled around the ring. Alex bunches his leg muscles, heaving himself back to a vertical base as he continues to rocket towards the opposite ring ropes. Instantly Alex leaps through the air, landing atop the top rope. He balances precariously for a few moments, the Angle wobbling dangerously from side to side before the tension in the rope snaps back, shooting him back into the ring. The Insane Angel cleaves a path towards Rhaps as he hurtles downwards. Rhaps' eyes narrow as he turns and sees his opponent racing towards him with unbelievable speed. Alex crashes onto The Rhapsitastic One, the momentum slamming Rhaps' back into the canvas while the accompanying thud reverberates around the room.
KingBear: I have to say Hippie, this is quite unexpected. I know from working with Rhaps that he takes all his matches and challenges seriously but he may well have underestimated Alex Stall here tonight. I mean, so far he's managed to counter everything Rhaps has thrown at him and been able to deliver some offense of his own and it very much looks as if The Insane Angel's got the upper hand at this point in the match.
Hippie: You have a point Bear Dude. But don't forget Rhaps is like well good and you never want to underestimate him yourself. Like Sun Tea, you think it won't be very good and it’s just cold but you leave it out for long enough and it tastes like something resembling tea and it’s like warm dude. See what I mean man? Rhaps is the tea dude.
As Alex lands, he falls across the bigger man, pressing his shoulders into the canvas. The referee drops to his knees and his hand slaps the canvas once before Rhaps gives a huge primeval scream and heaves backwards, throwing the Insane Angel to the canvas behind him. The in ring official stands up, signifying only a one count was reached. Both men begin working their way to the feet, Alex Stall a fraction of a second faster than his opponent. Alex takes advantage immediately, throwing his weight forwards as he kicks both his feet out in front of him. The soles of his boots smash into Rhaps' ankles, toppling the SIC Maniac to the mat once more as pain shoots across his shins, causing him to wince. Alex springs back to his feet within a matter of seconds, the flush of success flushing through him and registering on his face as he turns to face his opponent and continue to press the ever increasing advantage. Rhaps places his hands out in front of him desperately, preventing his face careening into the canvas whilst agony jolts through his wrists as he lands. He looks up almost hesitantly to see a grinning Alex Stall. The Insane Angel blurs suddenly as he sweeps his foot round in a wide arc, attempting to ram his boot viciously into Rhaps' face. Rhaps heaves himself up from the canvas, an instinctive reaction as Alex's boot passes mere inches from his face.
Suddenly Rhaps jumps up into a crouching position, low to the canvas. He breaks out into a run, rising from the mat beneath him as he charges headlong towards his opponent. As Alex's position returns to normal Rhaps slams into him with tremendous speed, lifting the much smaller man off of his feet. Rhaps' arms hook around his waist as Alex races backwards, a thin scream rising from his opponent's lips as he lets go. The Insane Angel tears through the air, careening with vicious impact against the turnbuckle behind him as Rhaps' supporters begin applauding the modified Spinebuster enthusiastically. Alex sags low to the mat as pain floods through his lower back, ever nerve and fibre in his body screaming at him as he breathes heavily and clenches his eyes shut in an attempt to block it out. Rhaps hovers over him, a gleeful look on his face as he contemplates his next move in the match. Below him, Alex begins moving sporadically, his fingers gripping the bottom rope either side as he attempts to stand up. His grip loosens instantly and he falls back to the mat with a small thud.
Hippie: Wow, that's gotta hurt man. I wouldn't want to have that sort of pain you know. I mean life can be filled with bad things but that sort of pain in your back shouldn't be allowed man. What do you think Bear Dude?
KingBear: I have to agree with you Hippie. It looked as if Alex was about to unload a world of pain on Rhaps until he managed to avoid the spin kick and counter with a move of his own. And now the tables have turned and Rhaps has a chance to get back into match.
Alex claws at the ropes either side of him in readiness. His face cringes in pain as he pulls against his own dead weight, lifting himself into a vaguely standing position. Rhaps smiles as he advances on his prone opponent, his hands balled into fists as they hang loosely at his sides. Abruptly Rhaps' left hand blurs as it strikes outwards in lightning speed. Rhaps' knuckles smash into Alex's diaphragm, agony spreading across his stomach as he begins coughing violently. Rhaps' right hand impacts into the Insane Angel's ribs causing the smaller man to slam into the turnbuckle behind him. Rhaps' arms blur as he begins raining huge left and right hands down on the smaller man, many in the audience grimacing from the huge number of left and right hooks falling on Alex. Abruptly Rhaps ceases his attack and he backs off a couple of steps, his brain whirring. An idea suddenly forms in his mind and he nods while smiling. He advances on his prone opponent in the corner once more, bending low to the ground. He lifts the Insane Angel off of his feet and carries him up the turnbuckle, his feet twitching and thrashing uselessly against Rhaps' iron grip. The Rhapsitastic One stands to his full height as he balances on the second rope, hoisting Alex Stall over his head. Alex's eyes bulge within his sockets as realisation dawns on him quickly. Before he can react, Rhaps throws his weight backwards, both men rocketing back down to the mat beneath them. Rhaps pushes against Alex's dead weight, his body falling between Rhaps and the mat below as he careens into the mat, his body twisting horribly from the impact as Rhaps' body crushes his ravaged body into the mat.
Many fans in the front rows grimace as Alex remains unmoving on the mat. Rhaps stands up, looking at his downed opponent. His eyes turn to face the turnbuckle once more, an idea emerging in his head before he turns to look back at Alex again. Indecision wracks through the Safety Ranger's head as his gaze shifts between the turnbuckle and Alex. A few seconds pass before Rhaps nods to himself. He heads over to the turnbuckle, gripping the ropes either side of him as he begins climbing the ropes. He climbs ever higher as he ascends to the top of the turnbuckle, standing atop it precariously for a few moments before turning around to face Alex. He spreads his arms out either side of him before he bunches his leg muscles and heaves himself into the air. Rhaps accelerates downwards at his fallen opponent, the audience wincing in anticipation of the impact to come. Suddenly Alex's legs spring up and he kips up to his feet in one smooth movement. Instantly he throws his left foot into the air towards Rhaps, his foot smashing into Rhaps' chin as rushes back down to the canvas. The Rhapsitastic One crashes onto the mat, a numb sensation spreading over his face his head slumps to one side, the lights instantly dimmed. Alex falls back to the mat beside his opponent and both men stare upwards at the arena lights as the referee begins counting.
KingBear: What a counter by Alex Stall! It looked as if Rhaps was going to put the nail in the coffin but Alex managed to superkick him out of nowhere and now the match is a dead heat. The referee's count has already reached three and both of these men have shown no indication of moving.

As the referee makes it to the count of six, both men start to stir a bit, Alex making it to a sitting position though resting on his elbows. As the count raises to seven, Alex rolls back onto his shoulder and kips up yet again, brushing his hair back as it falls into his face. The count of nine hits for Rhaps as Alex dives to break it, not wanting a cheap win. He rolls over the man, grabbing his arm and using his momentum to roll him over to his knees. Alex torques his body, now noticing some fight from Rhaps but gets his legs around the man's arm and throat. Alex uses Rhaps' arm to keep his shoulders off the mat as he locks in the triangle choke hold with every ounce of strength he has in his legs. Rhaps starts fighting to free himself, the abrupt moving of his muscles causing him to snap back to reality. Rhaps tenses the muscles in his legs, slowly moving to a standing position while leaning into the choke. He kicks off, rolling over Alex but to no avail, being rolled straight back into the hold and feeling even more pain in his neck and shoulder area. Rhaps then jockeys back up to his feet, a last ditch effort to escape the move hitting him. He braces down onto his heels, tightening the muscles within his legs and pulling straight up and back. The smaller man looks shocked as he redoubles his efforts with feeling his back leave the mat. Rhaps uses his strength and size advantage to bodily lift Alex up to his shoulder height, preparing to slam him back onto his spine. Alex's reaction is almost perfectly timed, letting go of the hold and throwing himself back with his legs still wrapped around his opponent's head. To his dismay, Rhaps flips with the head scissor and lands deftly on his feet, leaving Alex on his stomach behind him. Alex spins over and pushes up to his feet only to see Rhaps spin and drop into a front roll, slamming his heel into Alex's bad shoulder in a slight miss of a rolling koppu kick. Alex feels his back hit the turnbuckle again as he favors his shoulder completely while Rhaps kind of lays there and takes a second to catch his breath.
::KingBear:: "This is getting brutal! Rhaps and Alex are trying everything to read and capitalize on each other but sometimes you just can't as Rhaps just proved."
::Random Hippie Dude:: "Oh yeah man, you know it. These two are really into the flippy, turny moves too! I don't know what's going to happen next, reminds of that one time I took Acid, it was freaking crazy man!"
Alex rubs his shoulder as he rests in the corner, pushing himself up to a kneeling position and trying to fight the pain. Rhaps on the other hand sits up and puts a hand on the mat, pushing himself up to his feet and feeling a light labor to his breathing. Rhaps leans over for a second to finally catch his breath completely, placing his hands on his thighs. Alex catches an opportunity, pushing off of the ground and throwing his upper body back, leaving his feet in a backflip and connecting against Rhaps' chin with the top of his back foot. Stall lands on his stomach and rolls up to his feet, once again leaning in the corner as Rhaps spins a bit and falls on his back on the mat, sideways to the turnbuckle. Alex pushes past the increasing pain in his shoulder to grab the ropes behind him and hop onto the top turnbuckle, taking a moment to steady himself. He leaps from the turnbuckle, corkscrewing around while spinning forward in a 450 Corkscrew Splash. Rhaps sees him coming, unable to move out of the way he lifts his knees above his chest. Alex torques his upper body back a bit, landing deftly on his feet and leans over to grab Rhaps' legs. Rhaps can be heard yelling in shock as he is turned over onto his stomach, his legs locked under Alex's arms and his spine contorted into a Boston crab. Alex quickly loses strength in his right arm, his shoulder being effected by Rhaps' fighting and he releases that leg, quickly trying to keep the advantage by leaning back and grabbing the man's head with his bad arm. He holds on long enough to wrap both legs around Rhaps' thigh but can't get his other arm back, being rolled by the larger man and feeling his own legs grabbed. Rhaps' buckles his heels down and pushes Alex's legs into the position he likes before sliding his arms in the gap, applying a modified Sharpshooter. He rolls his shoulder forward and locks Alex's ankle in the pit of his arm, securing the hold. Alex's face is a mask of pain, his legs tightly locked in the submission and his back strained horribly.
::KingBear:: "What the hell was that! It looks like Alex quickly lost any momentum and I wouldn't be surprised to see him tap from this amazing submission!"
::Random Hippie Dude:: "That Angel dude is in deep poopie here, That has got to hurt man.... This Rhaps feller is one mean dude when he's in the heat, don'cha agree Bear Man?"
Rhaps attempts to add more pain by leaning back as far as he can, leaving Alex flailing for freedom and coming closer and closer to tapping. The pain in the man's back flies through every muscle like fire, causing him to raise his hand off the mat as though he's ready to slap it down and throw in the towel. Instead he uses that arm to stretch and catch the mat, pulling himself towards the ropes. He slowly plods his way over, pulling the larger man with him and causing him to slowly lose his balance by having to shift his weight. The pain coursing through his body seems to push The Insane Angel on, dragging himself to a hopeful freedom. As he closes in, Alex stretches his hand out and grabs the rope, hoping for the freedom his body is begging for. The pain keeps going and the official does nothing, the No Disqualification Match standing that Rope Break isn't allowed. In a last ditch effort, Alex wraps both hands around the rope and pulls himself below it, pushing himself over the apron and reaching between the apron and ring to grab anything he can. He pulls a light tube out, swinging it wildly around and behind him, the shattering of the glass and sharp yelp from Rhaps like an Angel's choir to him at that moment. The hold is released and Alex falls freely over and on his back outside of the ring, letting Rhaps fall forward and grab his ear which was just sliced open from the exploding glass. Alex lays outside of the ring and favors his legs and back as Rhaps tries to staunch the bleeding from the side of his face. The fans are now in a chorus of cheers and excitement as they thrash about to the music and brutality in the ring.
::KingBear:: "Alex just got lucky as sin that this is a No DQ. That light tube shot just saved him in this one and it looks like Rhaps is still in shock as I'd expect him to be from a shot to the side of the head like that."
::Random Hippie Dude:: "Yeah man, he's bleeding pretty bad too, it looks like his ear is kind of chopped up. This is why I prefer being here and not in there, it's much safer at this pretty table here man..."
Alex takes a deep breath and slowly rolls over into a kneeling position, his legs burning like fire as well as is back. As he makes it to his feet, he sees one thing he instantly wished he didn't have to. Rhaps had gotten up, mad as a hornet and taken off to the other side of the ring, bounced off the ropes and was hurtling back. He leaps over the ropes and aims straight at his now standing opponent, slamming his exposed forearm across the smaller man's chest and sending them both crashing to the floor below. The two men looks as if they'd just emerged from a car crash as they lay on the wooden floor and try to register the pain within their bodies. On the other side of the guard rails, the fans are screaming with excitement and cheering for the two men who are proving that they'd do anything to win this match. Both men slowly try getting to their feet, holding onto the rail and apron of the ring respectively to keep moving up. Rhaps is the first one up, taking a step towards Alex and unloading a right hand into his jaw. Alex retaliates with a left hook, followed by another right from Rhaps. The two men exchange blows, trying to put the other one back on the ground. The fans are cheering in unison of the hits without knowing who they'd prefer to win this test. Finally Alex gets fed up and slams his left hand into Rhaps' face followed by a standing enzuigiri that knocks his opponent off balance. He follows up by rushing over and leaping onto the guard rail, catching his balance quickly and leaping off in a moonsault, slamming the top of his foot onto the top of Rhaps' skull and causing him to drop to the floor. Alex barely catches himself through the rest of his way down, landing awkwardly on his feet and jostling the muscles in his legs even more. He pushes off and slides into the ring, pushing himself up through the pain. He rushes towards the far ropes and turns to hit them back first, using them to push himself in the direction of a slowly standing Rhaps. As Rhaps makes it to his feet, he sees and thinks the same as Alex did before, though he's prepared. Alex sidesteps into a cartwheel and lands the roundoff before kicking off the mat and moonsaulting out of the ring and slamming chest first into Rhaps. Rhaps though wraps his arms around the smaller man and pushes up with him in a modified German release suplex, slamming his own back into the guard rail but tossing Alex a few feet into the crowd. The Angel slams roughly on the wooden floor, everyone clearing way for him to land and lays there with every single muscle in his body screaming for mercy in a sense. Rhaps on the other hand rolls over the guard rail and immediately throws his hands to his back and flails in the pain of the cold, harsh steel slamming into it. Both men lay amongst the crowd in agony as their bodies almost refuse to carry them any farther within the match. The crowd gathers around them, almost mesmerized at what the two men have put themselves and each other through. KingBear and Random Hippie Dude are even standing and looking, expecting the need of E.M.T's before both men slowly start standing and showing signs of life and vigor.
