"so, i guess what i'm trying to say is that... i'm pregant." the words hung in the air and kristi just looked about as happy as she did when she first got pregant. Troy leaned up against the railing and pulled out another cigarette lighting it up and smoking it slowly. His face with a smile from ear to ear as he was happy that she was happy. Reality crashed to him and his face straightened up. Moving towards a small shower like area he began to undress as the girls came back around. Covering himself with his swimming trunk before turning around but both had seen what had created Kayleigh. He began to laugh as he put his trunks on.

Did not plan to show you that Krissy.

He turned around finally in his swimming trunks and walked towards Kayleigh. He rubbed her head softly and he knelt down looking at her.

I will get you some really good therapy if need be over that. Sorry my princess.

Troy looked up at Kristina with once again a soft smile that he fought on his face. He stood up and ushered Kayleigh towards the pool.

Brandy will come get her when its her bedtime. We can talk more after I hope. Oh and you can dress in there I wont look promise.

Troy lead Kayleigh towards the pool and they both got in leaving Kristina standing there to change where ever she pleased. The father and daughter began to splash each other playfully as they waited for Kristina to join them.

it was 5 or 6 mins later when kristi did a "Swanton" off the diving board and into the pool. She loved night swimming with her daughter.. just as much as she still loved to swim herself. she remember that in the water she could swim just like before. "So, what do you think about the news i told you? Susprised? And hey not like i ain't seen it before." she said swimming slowly. "so, what do you think about this whole situation? i mean jason's going to be a daddy..." She said.

I simply cant wait to see the reaction on his face when you tell him.

Troy looked at her as she began to play with Kayleigh. He got out and walked towards the high diving board. It was only six feet off the pools surface but was the perfect height for what he had planned. He walked to the edge of it and looked at them both. They turned to see what he had planned as a smirk rose over his face. Leaping forward with his arms spread wide he performed a shooting star press. The flawlessness of the move raised the question of why he did not use that as a finisher. But Kristina knew it was way to flashy for him to do in the ring. He poped up out of the water and looked at them.

He waded towards Kayleigh looking at her with a serious look.

A voice from the pool side rang out and all turned to see Brandy standing by the waters edge.

Miss thing, it is past your bed time. You and Mommy can catch up tomorrow all day long but you little girl need your sleep.

You heard your Auntie, just do what she says.

Kristina not being given a real say as Troy gave her a look saying let her go we need to talk privately with his eyes. Kayleigh was taken towards the edge of the pool and handed up to Brandy who lifted her into her arms.

You are getting heavy little one. We might need to start training you to wrestle soon.

Kayleigh clapped as Brandy turned and looked at Kristina.

I made you a bed just how you used to like it. You two kids play nice and dont stay up too late. You know how your daughter is Troy.

Brandy gave Troy the look before walking off and calling back over her shoulder.

Thank me with more babies brother.

Neither of them saw the smile on her face but both knew she was serious. Brandy had always pestered them to have more children. Something about not wanting to carry one herself.

So I think were alone now.

Troy began to climb out of the pool figuring that Kristina would want to relocate somewhere else.

"so talk. i'm listening." she said as she eased up out of the pool. her tummy was just barely peeking over the two piece bathing suit, showing off her green belly ring she had done. She enjoyed when they could talk as adults and not have to watch whaat they said around Kayleigh. Kristi was never one to censor her mouth, and saddly it showed when she got mad at people and cussed them out. "oh i got a txt from my idiot cousin back in ohio. Said she's getting married and wants to know if i will be attending... i txt'd her back that i'd see. everyone thinks i'm still living with you guys back there... which is a good thing cause they'd have me living back home" she said as she kissed him

Widened eyes and sweaty palms ensued as she kissed him and he simply stood there. No shocked to move really as he looked into her eyes. It was so wrong yet felt so right. What the hell is wrong with me? He thought to himself as his eyes slowly closed and he simply stood there. Frozen in place as if she was a siren who had lured in her prey. The moment felt like forever but was mere seconds. She eventually pulled back on her own as he was not kissing back. Very unlike him to not kiss back at all.

I ummm... I did not think you thought or me like that anymore... not after the paperwork.

His eyes shifted to her belly and looked at it for a few seconds before going quickly down to her feet. His teeth drew blood as he stood there biting into his own lip. Selling ice to an Eskimo was possible with his silver tongue but right now. He could not think of anything at all to say. He sprang at the first thing that came to mind which would more then likely bite him further in the ass.

"FUCK!" His brain screamed as he stood there thinking about random thoughts. "Baseball... two men on base bottom of the 7th with two outs. Damn I want to drill that ball home... SHIT! Ummm kittens? Yeah little cats running about and finding a ball of yard and god do I need some puss... DAMNIT! Kaykay... shes up stairs and sleeping well. She wants this though... Brandy wants this... but does Krissy?" His eyes rolled around in his skull as he thought more and more about what was going on and how this only was getting worse and worse cause it felt like the right thing to do. His hand grabbed hers in a tender motion before leading her side by side towards the hot tub. He knew well enough to know that relaxing while they talked was best for them both.

Kayleigh missed you so much.

Kristina knew Troy well enough to know that was his way of saying he missed her. He watched the ground and they walked side by side towards the hot tub and got into it.

"i missed you... as much as i want to stay straight edge, i do miss you. I thought if i did Jason it'd be like i had a part of that life back. I don't know why i thought that, but i guess.... damn it trevor... i still love you! As much as my heart wants to hate what you do... a part of it knows there is more of you in Kayleigh, then there is me... Yeah she looks like me, but did you see that jump she did? she'll be doing senton's before she's 16! i can not allow that... i know she wants to get into the bussiness, as much as i did at her age.. to me it was all glamour and preety and i didn't see the backstage politics going on,i saw the product and how much fun it was. I want her too see both side of the picture, the product and then the backstage area with all the fighting and scratching and backstabbing goes on... i don't want to make her hate the bussiness, but just have a little more respect then i did." She said easing into the hot tub.

Sitting beside her his hand wrapped into hers and held it softly. He turned his head to look at her and this time did not fight the smile.

You might hate me, but there's one thing I need to tell you.

His head shifted down at the water as his free hand waded through it trying to get his thoughts clear before speaking.

His eyes turned to meet with hers as he spoke the truth and she may deny it but deep down she could see in his eyes that it was truth.

I will have to introduce you to her sometime. They hit it off quickly to it was maybe only a year ago they meet. It was at Kay's 6th birthday... oh and sweetheart your dates are all wrong. I know its been 5 years so it's understandable... but her birthday is tomorrow.

He leaned his head onto her shoulder and sighed. He had never talked that much off camera ever. And it felt good to just get all the facts out at once.

"Damn it. Well at least i didn't screw myself up for straight edge... it was unprotected with some one i know" she said sighing. "i just want to give up right now, pour gas on that damn place light it up and go burn inside! I swear, it's damn hard doing this alone trey trey. after Brandy's baby... well you know.. and then Our little angel followed her to heaven.. i miss him trey. why? that's all i asked my self was why... Why was kayleigh born perfectly fine, and he needed so much care" she asked him.

Troy looked at her as his demeanor changed to one more saddening then before. His hand went under her chin and lifted her head up to look at him as he did the only thing he knew to do. Leaning in his lips meet hers kissing the mother of his child on the lips passionately. His hand moved to pull her onto his lap without trying to break the kiss at all. Chest to chest and lip to lip the two former lovers embraced in that moment. The kiss lasted only a few seconds but felt like a lifetime between them. As she pulled back and he looked up at her he spoke softly while holding her on his lap so she would not fall over.

Death seems to follow me. Thats why I use the gimmick at EVPW. So many people I have known died. Our son, Brandy's daughter, My mom, Alex O Ded two years back and died. Johnny was in a car accident and died that was three years ago. My dad drank himself to death. Your dad. So much death around me and the people I care about. But were safe, me and you. Were here and were alive and that means the world to me. And we have a child on the way and one upstairs sleeping. I would not ask for a better hand to be dealt to me.

He paused for a second and thought about it.

Wow look at me going off on some ultra long rant. Although you always did pull the part of me that needed to be heard out as you listened best.

He smiled at her before laying back in the hottub more relaxing fully. His hand pulling her head to his chest trying to help comfort her demons inside of her that seemed to be struggling to break free now.

Just relax princess no need to get all worried over this all.

"Alex? you don't mean Crazy alex that used to dye our hair for Halloween and make us up like punk zombies? alex do you? When did he died?! Damn! he was straight edge like me... we went to get our tattoos together, i talked to him before we left i said 'see you when i get outta here alex.' and johnny.. yeah i heard about him. i know you guys were close... hell, he was my broth-ah from another moth-ah." she said blinking her eyes. "So, what do you think about maybe doing a story line where the COD has brainwashed KayKay... i was thinking about how much she wants to get into it,and...." Kristi stopped mid sentance.. "Trey.... somthing is VERY Wrong right now.... i think i'm going to be.. sick again"

He poped up quickly helping her up and out of the hot tub letting her head into a small bathroom nearby the pool. He waited outside knowing she was only morning sick.

Yeah that Alex. And they were both brothers to me.

He moved closer to her holding her hair back as she got sick. He was not sure what was going to happen next but he knew in this moment everything felt right.

Feeling any better?

He looked at her grabbing a towel to wipe her lips clean.

I know the locker room has a mouth and Im sure you have heard rumors spreading. But I dont have answers for anyone even myself about some things.

He looked down at her trying to explain he has no clue what is going on between him and Mona right now.

" Yeah i heard.. i don't know what to say, and i can't say that i am exactly happy,but right now.. i am just glad for this moment. After my brothers and i... well it's all in the past... i want to ask you something tho... tomorrow being Kay's birthday... could i take her into philly for her birthday... to my dad's training Facility? I think perhaps it's time she got to see where i grew up/worked.. let her get her feet wet... i'm sure one of the guys wouldn't mind showing her a few holds..." she said smiling. "remember, we both got started at the same time... so we'd be teaching our daughter how to defend herself!"

Troy begins to laugh at his own wording as he helps her back to her feet.

Sorry, I get wrapped up in being the only parent sometimes. This will take some getting used to.

The soft smile on his face gleamed at her as his arms wrapped around her tenderly. His attempt at saying sorry for being protective against Kayleigh's own mother a valiant one.

Daphy keeps texting me. I dont know what she wants but it is kind of...

Leaning back slightly Troy looks into Kristina's eyes as he talks about her own sister. The memories of what had happened he did not wish to bring up but they would be hard to not surface.

A soft chime rings out from outside the small bathroom like room they stood in and Troy's head turned to hear it.

Thats probably psycho chick there. Obsessive little sister you have there.

Turning his head back to look at her he smiles as he leans in closer. Their foreheads meeting together as he looks deep into her eyes. His hands clasped at hers and began to pull her out of the room slowly back out to pool side.

Care to get some rest?

His wording vague but she would know well enough he was not only asking if she wanted to sleep but also where she wanted to sleep. The open invite to share a bed one he had not offered in a very long time to her.
